I took a quick short while doing my homework. I took 56 pips for making today's profit 400 pips

Looks like down trend resumes but I'm done now. Don't want to be greedy

Below are 15M chart and broker table for today's trades.

My 5M system generates a short signal at 161.38 five minutes ago. No, I won't enter because it's 4.15 p.m. now so I'm done for today.

This is just a remark for this signal. If it's proved O.K. then it's good for my system. If it's proved wrong and if I had entered I would send out my rescue team.

After six hours of ranging, my 15M system gave a short signal. My 5M system says now (161.90) is critical for both bull and bear because 50 pips of either way of rally would decide the new trend.

I'm so tempted to short because 15M is down trend and 5M is VERY near to downward breakout. BUT, it's now 6.30 p.m. so no entry

Today's bottom up made me send out four rescue teams although I finally made a profit.

I shorted 1 unit at 157.64 and then rescue teams were sent out at 158.11 (2X,) 159.02 (2X,) 160.41 (2X) and 159.53 (2X.) I closed all at 158.73. The net profit was 321 pips (-109P-62PX2+29PX2+168PX2+80PX2.)

My daily system is down trend. 4H system is very near to new downward breakout. 1H system is down trend but temporary in balance between bull and bear forces. Also 1H bull is trying to form a bottom. 15M system is bear bias but a small bottom has been formed and also there's long signal since one and half hours ago. Bull forces in 5M system had taken out four bear forces since three hours ago. However two bear forces are trying to form a double top now and overall is bear bias. Also short signal was just generated by 5M system.

In conclusion, since today is down trend or ranging day, and given that 5M got a short signal which I think is better than this morning one, I'll go short if I want to enter again.

For now, I think I'm enough with over 300 pips profit for today. Keeping profit is as important as making profit. so I won't enter again. Bye.

I missed this morning trend which dipped for over 600 pips. If I followed my 5M and 15M systems I would be able to catch 300 pips out of it.

On afternoon I was able to get 200 pips out of 400 pips trend. I shorted at 153.30 and closed at 151.30. I didn't follow my 5M exit strategy for maximal profit because price has dropped more than 900 pips for today. I didn't want to take the risk because today is Friday and I've got over 1K pips for this week.

My daily system is down trend. 4H system is near to new downward breakout. 1H system is down trend with bear bias. 15M system is down trend with bull bias. 5M system is in beginning of new down trend.

When I'm writing this, price dipped 400 pips more Now I regret for not following my 5M exit strategy for maximal profit which could be over 400 pips within two hours!

Price dipped from 159.82 to 146.65 for today. This was a 1,317 pips drop!

When doing some homework, I saw a good opportunity so I shorted at 144.17 and closed at 142.90 in five minutes and collected 127 pips. Total profit for today was 327 pips

I shorted at 148.16 (30 pips spread ) and 147.44 (25 pips spread) and closed both at 143.24 (25 pips spread.) This was 912 pips profit.

I didn't follow my 5M exit strategy for maximal profit because my original daily profit was 100 pips to 200 pips so today's one broke my record. Also I was tired for monitoring market seven hours nonstop and now is 6 p.m Malaysia time.

My daily system is down trend. 4H system is near to new downward breakout. 1H system is near to new downward breakout. 15M system is in beginning of new donw trend but the speed is reducing. 5M system is bear bias and it's ranging during next few hours before new trend starts.

My 5M system gave a short signal at 141.90. However now is 6.30 p.m. Malaysia time and I want to keep my profit so I won't enter. This is just a remark.

A better short entry would be at around 143.50 to 144.50.

This morning I thought it's down trend or ranging day because all my systems was down trend and 1H, 15M and 5M systems gave short signals as well. So when I got signal and longed at 145.87 (20 pips spread,) my target was 148.00 because there's 4H strong resistance at 147.50. This was fixed target and I didn't follow my 5M exit strategey for maximal profit. Price rallied and hit my target and I got 213 pips profit. However, price rallied 300 pips more within 20 minutes. When I checked if I followed my 5M exit strategy, I could bank in extra 150 pips.

Never mind, life is never perfect. I've learnt in these few days about maximizing profit.

Below is 15M chart and broker table. I think I'm done for today because my daily profit of 200 pips has been achieved and I think there'd be ranging during next few hours. However, if I see some nice setup I may enter. I'm only looking for long because today is confirmed up trend.

I longed at 148.65 (1X & 25 pips spread) and price didn't go to my target of 149.65 so I sent out rescue teams at 147.67 (2X & 25 pips spread) and 146.59 (2X & 25 pips spread.) I closed all at 147.85 and got 208 pips profit (-80P+18PX2+126PX2.) So today's total profit was 421 pips.

Today was tough for my system because 500 pips of ranging on morning and afternoon confused my 15M and 5M systems. I followed 15M system's weak bull bias and watched closely on 5M system's strong bear bias.

I longed at 155.79 (30 pips spread) on 2.30 p.m. Malaysia time and waited for seven hours during sideway. After that price rallied up and I closed at 159.12 (15 pips spread) on 11.30 p.m. This was 333 pips profit. I'm tired for monitoring market for whole day so I didn't close according to 5M exit strategy for maximal profit.

I've banked in 85 pips this morning. My daily system is now down trend. 4H system is down trend but bull bias. 1H is up trend but bear bias. 15M system is up trend with bull bias. 5M system is up trend with bull bias.

Today is confirmed up trend so I'll only buy from dip. Now 5M system shows there may be an upward breakout for possible long entry so I'm waiting for this signal.

This morning I longed at 162.40 and closed at 163.25 (both 20 pips spread) and got 85 pips. On 2:50 p.m. I've got a long signal so I longed at 163.73 (20 pips spread) but price didn't rally much and dropped so three hours later I sent out rescue team at 162.03 (10 pips spread) with double volume. One hour later I closed both trades at 163.45 (10 pips spread) and got 256 pips profit (-28P+142PX2.) Total profit for today was 341 pips.

My 15M and 5M systems both gave short signals now but I won't enter again because it's 10 p.m. Malaysia time. I'm going to bed now.

I think price needs a bigger retrace to around 155 to 158 for 4H channel to hold it.

This morning I've got a short signal and I thought today was down trend or ranging so I shorted at 160.10 (18 pips spread.) Price ranged for twenty minutes then rallied against me so I sent out rescue team at 160.97 (18 pips spread) with double volume. Out of over confidence and greedy, I shorted one more unit at the same price.

Price ranged for two hours then dipped to 158.95 when Japan announced interest rate. I closed first and third trades (both were 1X volume) at 160.10 with 40 pips spread. This was 87 pips profit (0P+87P.) Price rebounded back to 161 and ranged for one and half hours. Then price dipped so I closed 1X volume of second trade at 158.23 (30 pips spread) and got 274 pips profit. Later price dipped further and I closed last 1X volume at 155.92 (30 pips spread.) This was 505 pips profit.

Total profit for today was 866 pips. I'm very happy because this week I got over 2K pips profit. I'm done for today.
