Exporting indicators data in excel

Hi, I have a indicator that exports historical data and some indicators in excel.

Does anybody knows how to get or replace a one of those built in indicators with custom one

I'm new, and don't know any programming. Is there an intuitive way to export indicator data, or will someone please explain in detail how to extract custom indicator data from Metatrader 4?

I am attempting to export indicator data into Excel file. The best i can do is to export OHLC data with volume but not the indicators.
Is this can only be achieved through programming and no readily available tool in MT4/MT5?

I am also new to this and also trying to find a way to get indicators values into excel. I 've looked all over but cannot find any way that doesn't need messing arround with other indicators or coding for which i know nothing about.
I 've downloaded MT5 and Ctrader and managed to extract OHLC data too, but not indicators.

Has anybody found an answer or can someone help? I need either a way to extract from the platform, or (if there is no way) at least find the formulas of the indicators so i can reproduce them to excel starting by using the OHLC values.
