Life is short. Don't waste your time to trolls. IMHO, as you have more knowledge, you have better oppotunity to survive in the market. Even though big E was one of the good traders, he is not god. Also, market condition has been changed since then. If he were still alive, i think he would have updated his strategy to adapt this changes.... I know people just pretend they use big e's system but actualy they also use all the different strategies and tools, or in general, 'knowledge'.... I am just sick of 'to protect newbi' execuse... It sounds like a broken record. I know they have hidden agenda.
Remember, trend following systems lile TMS are more or less the same. Once you master one of them, you can do the others as well. TMS master Snarly Jack was also good at Genesis. The key to success is your knowledge and experience, not systems.

There is no advantage one over the other.
They are use differently.

The 5_Method uses the 5EMA,Typical Price, Shift+3 as direction to look at the PA of the APB/HA candle. Very visual trading.

The 10EMA has its 'Power' is use to see the herd behaviour in different timeframes. Some traders call it dynamic support / resistance. Other traders use it as a filter to make decisions.

M15 scalper use that to look for the 'Arjun' candle. But I am not going to explain what is Arjun candle. You can read all about it in the TMS M15 thread by LE1. That thread was destroyed by one single troll.

BigE have left a void behind that members need to full on their own. Emmanuel filled that void and did it very good. Somewhere along the way he lost track that he is dealing here mostly with members that do not know how to trade at all. Members that have learned from BigE and emmanuel have moved on and left this forum. Most probable successful traders in own right. Those old members are replace by new members that do not know how to trade. Every couple of days / weeks the cycle repeat it self. So after many years the level of traders in this thread is still at the level of a new member. The subject / topic's that emmanuel is posting now is advance forex trading.
How long did it take you to understand all the point's in post#647. I did not even looked at ME/ME for that level of trading is above me and the little I know.
Do I enjoy those post fighting with emmanuel about keeping it BigE's way. No I do not.

Anway, yes let us discuss #647 in a way the members new to this thread can understand

Can you post a chart where the market condition have changed, please. Any time frame, any pair will do.
Also if I my ask how would you think BigE would update his strategy to en-compose those changed market condition's

Tekkies. I disagree with this. Emmanuel kept this thread alive, for that alone he gets some credit. Did he drift? Yes, he did. But he did this in a manner that we cannot judge because Big E is not here. He is trying to reference Big E and his original work. That is why I came back here to contribute again. Big E knew more than the red crosses green. Emmanuel is trying to carry the work forward. I will give you a quick example. The TDI is based on the RSI. The RSI has books written on it alone. The TDI exhibits positive and negative reversals and bullish and bearish divergence because it is a derivative of the RSI. Why does this matter? Because red crossing green is just the start of the story, Big E himself said that. You need price action, you need to know what you are trading. All Emm is trying to do is carry the work forward. As long as he references his work to that of the founder of the thread, I have no issue. I wonder why you would brother?

Haha! Man you are so much like I was when I first came here!

I like you Tekkies, you will be an excellent trader because you want it really bad. The TDI will adapt to market conditions. But what you will have to do is ferret out good signals from bad ones. Lots of ways to do it. No need to get into a chart pissing contest.

Hello,

I am living in CA. My time zone is PST. As you know, today is holiday, but the market movement is very slow.
I traded 10 PM PST. But, I do not have any 100 Pips profit as below, because the market is too slow.
Do I have to keep this trade or close? So far.. the TDI is still same direction.

the CHFJPY average H4 candle moves only 24 pips, if you are looking for 100 pips, how candles do you have to wait?

is your broker FXDD? I would like to know their server time.

The server time is GMT +2.
