1. With my broker if I enter .10 lots on my mini account ,that equates to 10 cents USD per pip. Is that the correct size for the money management you are using. Or does .10 = $1.00 on your platform?...Ignored
DislikedEva, in 30 min:

DislikedCould someone post the current 4 indicators being used and the current template.
I noticed a couple of them changed since the first post, and I can't find them grouped in one post, so I'm not sure whats what.
P.S. nevermind going through the thread again, I see the rename and indicator adjustment were the ones I downloaded. I thought the rename was to the gold thing.Ignored
DislikedKumoDragon,
Wonderful question thank you for asking.
This is a ratio that for every 1000$ in your account you would allocate 0.10 or one tenth of a tradeable lot to make trades. So, depending on the levereage it would obviously define the return you would get per pip movement in the market. This was developed with the mindset as to not over extend ones account and provide one with sufficient lot size that if you were to incur a loss would not heavily deplete ones account of substancial size preventing them from continuing to trade or creating...Ignored
DislikedHate to repost my question and look like a pest, but could someone please answer this question for me?Ignored
DislikedMy leverage is the US allowable leverage.
So, is that .10 = ten cents per 1k , if it was USD account?
($1, is fully mini lot in my account I suppose, I never really thought of it that way, just figured my acceptable risk and divided by my stop and that was my lot size.)
Just to be clear your trading at 10 cents a pip per 1K in your account, with a 50 pip stop loss???
So, with a 1K account, on a trade you would enter a 10 cent lot size. (ten cents per pip value), with a 50 pip Stop loss, risking $5.00 in total on one trade??Ignored
DislikedJust saw this wierd bar in the sentiment indicator, with no cycle meter with it? Is that something you normally see an ignore because it doesn't line up with the rules, or is something funky with my set up?
It's the third blue one back.
P.S. thanks for answering my questions.Ignored
Dislikedit depends on the leverage ratio you have with your broker and the currency pair you are using to trade. Example EURUSD does not produce the same return as EURNOK, USDJPY, or most of the other pairs.
but i believe you are correct in your assumtion if your leverage ratio results in a smaller return per pip. you may wish to increase your leverage that will change your results per pip.Ignored
DislikedKumoDragon,
That is a normal occurance and you should just refresh your screen. That generally will correct the problem. If not then switch timeframes and then switch back that also can correct the problem. The Extreme indicator is a backwards looking indicator so it is prone to repaints.
I also found that if you are running too many programs or have too many currency pairs or are using too many indicators this may effect the processing and refresh powers of your computer.
But as I said a refresh generally corrects the problem.

DislikedYa I was just going to try this out on EU for now. (Since you said your great demo record was all from the EU, and EU has a small spread)
With my broker, since USD is on the right, If I put in .10 for my lot size its ten cents per pip, if I put in 1.00 it's one dollar per pip.
For the pairs with USD on the right I use a site and calculator to figure what I have to enter for a lot size in order to make a pip or movement equal what I would want it to were it a USD pair.Ignored
