closed the trade at -10pips after the next APB turned red on me. Lost less than I had purposed for that trade. So, OK.
Thanks for the heads-up. Made me revisit Dean's Checklist. Twice.

DislikedIs there an indicator that would provide some sort of numerical representation
of what angle the green line is at in time? Like 2:30 or 4:10?

DislikedPossible set-ups?
- Short on the 1H?
- Long on the 4H?
- Short on the Daily?
Take all 3? I can (live in Australia)?

DislikedHi Hawaii5000,
I struggle with the same questions. Trading the longer timeframes is new for me as most of my experience has been with the lower time frames. I am getting pretty confident with the 1h but will need to work up to the 4h and daily. I am a rookie with this method but I like what I have sceen over the past few weeks. I work full time and live in the NY time zone. I can easily look at charts at the top of every hour which is why I am learning Eric's method.

DislikedHi everyone and a pre emptive thank you to eelfranz and all the guys aiding him in passing on their knowledge in an extremely generous and gracious way. .....should be more of you.
I am a newbie pretty much. Been unsuccesfully trading for a year. Have blown 4 accounts, paid for 3 different forex trading courses, blown over 20 thousand dollars (small for some but I dont make much hence me seeking something other than my normal work), and been through a divorce.....all thanks to my insatiable desire to trade forex. I am a reasonably intelligent man...Ignored
DislikedHi guys,
I have attached a simulator that I have been using to back test FX methods. Got it from another thread in FF some time last year.
It allows you to place trades, set stops and TPs on real (but historical) market conditions. You can adjust the speed, which enables you to test the system on a large amount of price data in a very short time.
I normally use it over weekends or whenever i need to.
Just start it, load your template and drag and drop buy/sell orders. simple. Plus you do not necessarily need to be online to use it.

DislikedThanks for the reply. The dilemma b/w conflicting timeframes is obviously not unique to this method. The 1 and 4H do seem to produce the most reliable signals, provided usual PA factors are considered pre-trigger. Very grateful to Big E for the method - its elegance is definitely its simplicity.
Possible long on the AUDUSD btw (M15 and 4H).Ignored
DislikedYes, I agree. I hope everyone understands the Gift Big E has given hereIgnored
