That is terrible. Were you able to contact them?
The second time, only a few days ago, I contacted technical support. They asked what time it happened, and so I printed a log and e-mailed it. Unfortunately, the log does not contain anything that shows how I tried to close positions but was unable. It does not show any of the problems I had trying to cancel the orders that were not being completed (to close positions), which the system would not let me cancel. So, basically the log shows nothing, and I do not have much hope. The only thing the log does show, is a nice pattern of trades with consistent success, then all of a sudden a string of losses. I am sure they will find a way to deny responsibility.
