Is there any such EA out there?

I need an EA that will create a pending Sell and Buy Order with the following rules in mind:

-If the price moves up a set number of pips, a pending Sell Order will be created a set number of pips below the open, and a pending Buy Order will be created a set number of pips above the High of the current bar.
-If price moves down a set number of pips, a pending Buy Order will be created a set number of pips above the open, and a pending Sell Order will be created a set number of pips above the Low of the current bar.
-I will need to be able to set the value of the lots
-I would need to be able to set the trailing stop

If anyone can help out in any way, I would greatly appreciate it.

Search for Breakout EA's, there are multitudes available. Maybe combine them with Swiss Arms EA to set SL, TP and Trailing Stop
