Disliked{quote} this is typical trending market reaction of indicators who usual have enough lag. You must work on this if you want to avoid future problems when market will consolidate and things will get a bit more complicated. [...] dont take my comment in a wrong way,i really respect your dedication and work on your stuff just to make great results, but even if i watch with cool interest i still see things i've done long time before. will watch on your development and of course i wish you luck. cheer up!Ignored
Disliked3409122{quote} Hi buddy, Since I was away for several weeks testing new ideas with ASCTrend pin, I decided of coding the xSuperTrend EAX pin, based on Xaphod's indicator (first of all studying the Adewumi's ASCTrend pin which thankfully he sent me in mq4 file so I could understand how to do a pin). It took awhile to do that but finally got it to work Seeing your request I thought I might do the same for you just because I need to practice my new skils and that other would have benefit from that. So here you go - a TMA centered MACD EAX pin freshly...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Husky, thank you for such a good comment and an ecouragement, especially about explanations which have been so valuable. I am cheered up to get a comment from a FF member who sees himself back in the past playing with various similar things. That sounds even more encouraging as I think everyone has his own way of learning which must be passed alone and it does not seem so hopeless then. I am replying so late because I was busy with developing exit strategy thinking about how I might get out from the trades automatically. There were new ideas...Ignored
Disliked{quote} There is no perfect indicator or moving average. It is all about how you use it. Combined Tma is quite good on different trends but bad with volatility as i am studing your Pins , you just NAILED , and the Fuction reload is way behind the scope ( let see how much he will drain my memory when the market is alive USD JPY ash Example 1d 4h 1h {image} {image} {image}Ignored

Disliked{quote} this is typical trending market reaction of indicators who usual have enough lag. You must work on this if you want to avoid future problems when market will consolidate and things will get a bit more complicated. In this example you are with almost all orders (less 2) on short which tells me is a strong trend. regarding MM from my own experience i can tell you lock feature fail on long term because once you lock profit+hit and clean out all orders at one given price levels on many pairs in same time ... this will give freeway to EAX mix...Ignored
Disliked{quote} you are very welcome. Glad to contribute especially with this indicator - it seems to be very promising If you got some good indis to be done as pins please let me know and I might write another one if it is up to my skillsIgnored
Disliked{quote} Try to improvise with the Fast and Slow periods of TMA - then you won't need to go through H1, H4, D1 charts. I find it to be very valuable to use it as histogram instead of line - then it is easier to spot possible Entry Points and exit points too. Then if you take to play with periods - begin to think in MTF mode For example you can try such combination of three histogrammed TMAs on M15 chart: TF M15 Fast=4, Slow16 (15x4=H1 and 15x16=H4 periods) TF M15 Fast=16, Slow 48 (H4 and H12) TF M15 Fast=48, Slow 96 (H12 and D1) Thus having...Ignored

DislikedUpdate on the TMA centered MACD indi. This afternoon I launched a FXblue strategy tester EA with tick data from TDS2 to test this indicator with visual mode on (there were 3 instances of this indi with different settings.) Verdict - it repaints terribly! It went repainting like fireworks - changing its colors from one to another shifting the color change event up to previous 5-8 candles... Also in the code of v6 of this indi there is russian text which plainly says that it "evilly repaints" It looks nice only after the 10-15 candles...Ignored
DislikedAfter reading a lot on this thread and trying out a bunch of PINs that I honestly had no clue what they did or how they worked, I found some PINs that help me trade with a bit more of my own style of trading, and that of course I understood more. So below I'm sharing with everyone: Set Up: {image} PINs: {image} {image} {image} Pins are very simple 50EMA crossovers. I tried the other crossover PIN's but they didnt trigger any trades or alerts. With these you can get alerts every hour. I only trade when price crosses over once, but the PIN is designed...Ignored
