    At today’s meeting the Governing Council of the ECB decided that the interest rate on the main refinancing operations and the interest rates on the marginal lending facility and the deposit facility will remain unchanged at 0.00%, 0.25% and -0.40% respectively. The Governing Council continues to expect the key ECB interest rates to remain at present or lower levels for an extended period of time, and well past the horizon of the net asset purchases. Reducing 80 billion to 60 billion and 9 months pace are enough surprising to me. I will consider sell stock at higher price now and buy euro at lower price now rather than buy stock and sell euro.

If 6 months with 60 billion, no doubt stock already directly down and euro up. To me, it is better to wait for press conference now. But more likely stock spikes up and euro spikes down now because market is expecting 18 months and ECB buying more or at 80 billion even.
