    In what appears to be related to the latest MetaQuotes crackdown on the proprietary trading landscape, prop firm FTMO has stopped onboarding US clients, Finance Magnates has learned. New traders attempting to register from a US IP address were unable to complete the registration form. Existing accounts of US clients have not been closed or refunded. The firm's support team informed its clients about the migration to the new DXtrade platform. If a person doesn't have the discipline to save the money to open a real account then that's a red flag and they probably won't make good traders. Let's face it, why do these companies even exist?

hmm pls i hope this is not what i am thinking because i opened my MT5 this morning and can not longer see the FTMO again i don't understand what is really going on here are they officially closed?
