Agree although you may also usefully hold some other index based instruments.
Also the better technique is to build a holding over time, even Warren Buffet admitted to preferring the gradual 'acquire' method.

I'm currently keeping a close watch on NVDA. I'm curious about the crash from its current range of $500-$600 per share down to approximately $30 per share. I find myself wondering what might trigger such a sharp decline. Regrettably, my crystal ball remains silent on the matter, withholding the cause from me!
The only thing they’re afraid of is running out of greater fools.
There are lots of money to make on the Dow and Dax Futures indexes. I'm done with currency trading, RR ratio is so much better.

NVDA is steaming because their GPUs can be used for AI, and that is the current flavour of the tulip.

It's way past my bedtime but I'm watching with a keen eye to see if the Dow will crash. Ha!ha! The setup at this moment is more than ideal but it seems it's currently on life support at this late hour.
