I have a friend who consistently win with news release and they cancel all of his winnings from news releases, he only trade news, no other setups. is it true that many brokers dont like news traders and ban news traders?

Let him change the broker.
The agreement between the broker and the trader should contain a clause
that the broker does not prohibit trading during the news release.

What broker do you use and do you only trade news release?
