I think when it's already BEP (he made more and more than BEP) he will trade without pressure, nothing to lose... very pleasure if like that i think.. i see him as really great trader..

I wasn't actually criticizing him. i think he is good at what he does, What i was saying is that this last few trades were clearly about emotions, Since i have been watching this challenge the moment he began at $100. I am pretty sure he wouldn't have switched sides like he did on most of his trades today and taken those big USD/CHF positons a few hours before the fed spoke. It was a gamble since volatility was a given and he didn't have enough margin to absorb it. P.S. picking something apart is how you learn how it works.

I disagree with you "Dad", maybe some are envious but I'm referring at the strategy used by "Forexsaint", is not recommended by most experienced traders, this is why I say that the experience should help him not bankrupt him

It's sad that people of today like to bash others when something goes negatively to those they are jealous of. The same people who are quiet, and in the background wondering or wishing they could do the same, even remotely similar. The naysayers should try to learn from the good part of the trades rather than ridicule. Pick his trade apart, and you will learn something...be constructive. There's a logic and knowledge to learn, but the pessimist are too busy criticizing...and will never succeed.

guys did you read post 1 in this thread?? this experiment with unique MM and high win strategy is great. look at the total risk reward!

In poker it is called tilting, you lose a big hand then play a lot of hands you shouldn't to make up for that one lose. Advice has always been take some time off and come back relaxed and ready to execute your plan and not your emotions

20,000? Well i am Ok with losing even 100k of "FREE" money made in such acc's, as long as i am able to TEST successfully what i was TESTING(which may/may not involve strategy, emotion managem't, PA, Broker reliability or my analysis)

Advise to read again how i follow the "Free Account concept" . Its not a "grid strategy" except if call scaling-in as gridding (which is of course not the case)

- I trade based on S&R levels & as long as analysis is good & entries close to those levels, usually levels hold. If they don't, next level can be a stop & not some arbitrary equity %age.
- So yes depending upon degree of conviction in my trading BIAS(made after being very selective i.e trade setup ultra-filtration), i am ready to forgo anything from 10-100% of "non-milked" equity!
This is actually IMP to tell to everybody bcoz if someone risk-aversive is following this T.Explorer u better not be (just in case)
- I am not sure about "best trader" around part (esp. in conventional trader league) but i might be one of the "unique trader" around.
- Regarding 100,000 , well its possible & just probable at the same time. Same can be said for a higher target equity. Who knows. Though my priorities change often & this acc may be shelved for something more important to test/trade.

- The way i trade these type of "FA"s is quite different than my conventional trading accounts. Though u might be seeing tight stops & wide targets on the equity curve, which is bcoz i follow "Save-your-ass-first' principle usually, it is not followed everytime, esp. when account become a "FA' or "PFA". More terminology details >here<.

easiest vouch i have given out so far. this is exactly how you master trading. tight stops, wide targets

@deltatrade. there will be no blow ups as long as he has a maximum daily risk tolerance. looks to me like he would never want to lose more than 2% in a day.

anyway, i will be attempting something similar, but starting with $1000.
one trade per day
stop loss = 2.4 pips (3 with spread)
risk = 3%
target = 10 pips minimum, 20 pips ideal (10-20%)

and also a larger account targeting 3% daily gain (so if I fall short of the goal it will still hopefully end up to be 1% gain per day, for 1000% annualized)

stop = 2.4 pips (3)

risk = 0.15 or 0.30% (half/full size position)

target = 20-50 pip gaps (1%-2.5% or 2% to 5% gains)

maximum daily risk tolerance = 1.5%

daily gain target = 3%

I know how to handle accidents. Further accidents mean nothing to free accounts, for me. Further i am at least "running" to suffer an accident. How about u, bringing ur derailed accounts back on track, at least, forget generating profits ever on them?

I have already posted quite a no. of times about my trading style . Kindly search around. Further it is not something i can evolve into a 1000-page minion-following thread as its neither fully mechanical & nor i want to waste time of others following me to learn things which may/may not work for them, based on their different psychological profile.
A lot (a lot) of screen time to detect specific PA, simple patterns, S&R, levels, etc has helped me evolve MY trading style & i am proud of my PA evaluating skills even on the small TF's like M1&M5
