I think, there are no universal best pairs,
but different pairs are most suited for different individuals.
It’s a very subjective preference.

Moreover I heard that some Asian countries don’t allow speculating their “home currencies” and dollars /euros/pounds /etc work well there.

The best pairs to trade are the pairs that are moving in a way that best matches the System you're trading.

That's the best way of putting it. The answer to original question is highly subjective depending on the individual doing the trading.

I think the best pairs to trade are the ones that in many cases moves more than 50 pips per day AND at the same time has a pip value of at least $7 per lot. And has small spread.
According to my knowledge it's the majors and most crosses that fulfills these criterias. Forget the exotics, except if you know what you are doing.

But it also depends on your trading system, timeframe etc.

i open 1 trade , if it going green over 50 pips then i open 1 again on other instrumen and double volume
when first trade is going wrong or late close before market change dirrection , ill open another trade just find way to make more balance to avoid margin call .
i think max 3 pairs is enough with high volume

Which pairs, in your experience, move with over 50 pips per day on a regular basis?

I am not sure all of them are moving 50+ pips but they move enough to make some good profits, have a look: XAUUSD, GBPJPY, GBPAUD, GBPCAD, GBPNZD, EURUSD, USDJPY, GBPUSD, EURGBP, EURJPY, GBPCHF, CADJPY, USDCAD, EURAUD, EURCAD, AUDUSD, USDCHF, CHFJPY, AUDJPY, AUDCAD, EURNZD.

Edit: when I said $7 in my first post on this thread actually it's up to the trader, you can as well trade a pair whch has $1 pip value, as long as you are profitable then great. but i was just focusing on the pairs that can make most profit based on pip value AND daily pip movement.

Exactly the pairs I trade. The ones that move the most. I find AUDJPY and CADJPY to be good as well.

NZD/USD is one of the best pairs to trade as it always moves.

Eur/usd is good because of the spread, but lately its everywhere.

usd/jpy is always affected by data so always research before you click.

Are you all using 1% of your account per trade?

Thank you so much for the extensive list. I do trade some of those pairs, others I need to check out and observe for a while before I consider trading them.

There is no doubt USD and EUR is widely trading currency but now other currencies are also famous specially trading in bitcions is becoming interesting for traders. In forex we mainly rely on major currency pairs . however other pairs should also try to change our trading style.

EUR/USD can be useful if one is scalping or trading range. Some people do that quite successfully.
If you don’t do that however the pair can be pretty risky.

Euro always moves very fast , but for successfully scalping first of all it is important to make sure a currency which has lowest trading spreads. what combination you have about scalping by euro ? it would be great if you describe
