If you add the attached indi to your chart you'll see that the bullish candle closed on a BRN and was rejected always worth waiting for a strong close past a BRN. I don't trade this pair so don't know how it reacts to BRN put most pairs will react.

UJ broke trendline, but not far from prior highs, it needs to go alot higher to make some good pips, but lets c if it can go through the obstacles

Hi,
Like I said wasn't the best of entries
The BRN are the whole numbers 1.5100 and 1.5200 etc. which have the most reaction. The RN 1.5150 gave a reaction. I entered more on PA and should have waited for the close above the 10ema. If you look at the H1 it is a bit clearer. The TDI had crossed although I don't use it in the normal way and I'm still not sure about the CCI yet so it's on my chart on a trial basis.

Hi Rob, I am not profitable and I don't trade the GN pair. But I see that it is testing daily 200ema and unable to close above it for the past few days. The trade is directly touching the 200ema daily.

Hey Rob, we can get away with small "mistakes" on the 15 min tf when we are trading in line with the trend on the htf

I took a similar trade. My plan was to reverse to sell after price reaches 111.20. I think it will go down strongly now for at least 10 pips. If look left it's daily 200ema and has been strongly rejected in the past two days.

But my limit sell order is not filled... I should have manually set the limit sell at 111.20 precisely rather than haphazardly dragging it using the mouse..

Hi Rob, I understand the feeling and also once lost faith. I often question whether that 1% should be me. If you look at the %winner conditional on the time spent on trading. e.g. of those people who have spent 3/4/5 years consistently studying and watching the market, how many percentage of them are consistent winners. I think that percentage should increase with time. Hence mathematically, given unlimited time, one should eventually become profitable if he keeps working at it. I used to set a fixed time limit on my trading performance, i.e. "I have to become profitable within 2 years", but it only leads to frustration and beating myself up. Now I keep working at it and absorb new things and accept there is probably some unknown flaws that can be improved in my reading of the market.

I have been studying the LE1 thread recently and learned a lot. I recommend studying it in a thorough manner. LL, pips, pipsninja all evolved from that thread. I read 20 pages per day and now is at 200 pages. Except that I don't read posts by Assange/Pat Chiko/Gibril.

to put the record straight, I started trading with the 10 ema some years before LE 1 started his thread..I was trading with the 10,30,50 and 200 ema using the 5 min charts and monitoring and taking exits using the 1 min...I have switched to the 34 ema dropping the 30 and 50 ema. I still use the 5 min trading crude oil..In LE1 thread you will learn the use of the 10 ema in various time frames and so it's a good place to go if you want to master the 10 ema...I wasn't active in the thread when he was around and only started posting there after he left..it's such a waste and sad he's left because of "gibril" and his fraud trades..

I see. I guess I thought wrongly.

The whole gibril thing is really wasting people's time. Such a disillusion. When I read it the first time I didn't know it was a fraud and cost me a lot of time.

15 min chart of wti....I believe a revisit of yesterday's low is possible...crude oil inventories data in under 2 hours...if I were to short I prefer a higher entry than now

I had taken profits on some n/u and a/u shorts..I have just taken 1 entry off e/g for 19 pips and hope to move my stop to b/e when price reaches the 34 ema..quite dicey trading this pair as polls on the election will have a definite bearing on this pair..I am just shutting my eyes from the news and trade the damn chart
