You're welcome, other traders here wrote it before, and for me personally it is the same, the divergence is just one of the signals that momentum between 2 swings is different what means there is something likely to happen, BUT what exactly is going to happen - that is the matter of price action which must confirm it. First I looks for S/R, BRN, then for the PA reaction to this level (123, 2B, Double bottom, Double top and so on), and the last is indicator signal (divergence). Never vice-versa, always in this sequence.

Sorry to be a pain, can I ask in the image you have both 2B and b&b as signals to a possible trade, I recognise the 2B signal and can find additional articles about this however could I ask is the b&b the same or am I missing something extremely obvious !

Ah, sorry, that's only my own shortcut for words break & bounce (b&b). Btw, when I am writing about break & bounce - be careful, I also looks for confirmation signal as well even if the b&b is price action signal. There are so many fake bounces everyday that it literally asks you for find confluence.

GER30+10+57+28. Now it is wait and see if it turns back up. The GAP up was a given due to the German election results, Merkelīs party had a resounding victory in the Nord Rhein Westphalia area of Germany which is a strong sign that she should win in the General Elections. Now we wait and see if PA moves back up into the Opening Range or drifts lower to the BRN, although it is now at a confluence of the 20 EMA and a significant S&R level, price was held down here on the 10th and 11th and it became support on the12th, lets see if it holds.

Finally some bigger one, left it alone during night and at the morning bread was waiting on the table. BTW, I am still holding longs after another refuse and run up, maybe will leave it on night again. Let's see where it can go..

GER30 -2(WAFU)+10+30+1+5+13+16. It is not easy but some one has to do it. 1st trade a gap fill, but I was late, 2nd trade too early but this time I held on, 3rd trade perfect. After that I settled down,almost, 4th trade I was still jumpy killed it as I was not convinced, 5th trade much the same, 6 & 7 feeling more confident.
It is alright to be human, if it does not feel right or you think you have made an error Get Out Quickly, preferably for only a small loss, they are easy to make back, if it turns out you missed the biggest move of the year, so what, donīt worry it probably isnīt the biggest move of the year and there will be another 10 like it later on.
BTW the question about why the 2nd divergence was not a good one to take. You all got it wrong, only one of you was partially right. Try looking left on a HTF chart. The Green Cross Code for crossing a road is look Left then Right then Left again. The Green Cross Code for a Trade Entry is Look Left then Left then Left again.

That 2nd Divergence, it was a trick question. It was a valid divergence and if you had looked left you would have seen this

Dax..... +18.2........finally price pulled away from the DPV and BRN......the renco 2 chart displayed a nice pull back before taking off.......TP was preset just below the 25 level.........how many times have we seen the 00/25/50/75 levels come into play......this time it worked to perfection....

Hi @dee50. I'm following the thread for a 2 days, 10q for your posts and teaching. I saw that chance too but didnt made it. I will open a demo to test that approach. It fits well to my personality. I'll read older posts too.

Can i ask you, do you have any idea why my range bars chart didnt draw the last bar from that last move from 12786 to 12748. On 30 min it seems that price is ok, but didnt appear to other chart. I'm with pepperstone, and using your indicators (barsrange 50).

DAX +6+21+3

I am bit pissed off of that +21 exit, I could take +30, cause I was focused on BRN where the gap would be filled and I would be out for +40, BUT I ignored couple of great reversal signals as well and 9 pips back is a cost of that. Last exit was maybe bit hasty, but I have to go away, no time for managing it. For now I am okay with my gain, momentum is stalling now and it is my lunch time so see you later.

Sorry can not help you there, refresh the chart and see if it appears. MT4 Offline charts are a law unto themselves.
