{quote} No, that is not a clear X point. You are just finding working examples of the X point. Sorry to be harsh but this is forcing the trade to happen. It is quite clear the price dropped from above. Even if you drop down to 5minute charts, it's also very unclear. But not to blame you because i've seen examples of this from bill wolve himself. Look at the first two SP chart you posted, he was just forcing the X to happen. There was no clear high and low for those two charts. In fact, if you look at this S&P chart posted, isn't the X/1 should be...

X1 is the higher point. but it will make 2 lines not converging.

No it's not. Point B needs to make a lower low from point X.

Also, The first chart you posted shouldn't be a "lose" because the wave was invalidated at point C

Not pretty but a winner nonetheless.

Price only declined about 10 pips below AB=CD then ultimately reversed back 80 pips or so exactly to the pip to the target line

Thanks mate. May I ask what platform you are using?

I was messing around with some Renko charts last week but when you have many Renko charts up on meta4 it can get bogged down and really slow.

Interesting idea using Renko, have to check this out

But don't forget the wicks, important piece of information, especially for the sweet zone, this Renko EA shows also the wicks:

Name: renko wicks.png
Size: 26 KB

Attached File
File Type: mq4 renkolivecharts_pimped_v4_13.mq4   20 KB | 229 downloads

How to set up:
1. Drop the EA file in the "mql4/Experts" folder
2. Start MT4, open a 1m chart of any pair (example EURUSD)
3. Drag and drop the renko EA from the expert list on the EURUSD 1m chart
4. A text note should appears saying something like "open offline chart M2 EURUSD"
5. File -> Open offline chart -> select the time frame as shown by the EA (EURUSD M2)
the 3rd wave is the crowd's wave

I also have the pimped version and sometimes set wicks to false. Problem for me is my meta4 platform always seems to freeze up when I'm using Renko and my computer is fairly new
