Short trade EUR/CAD is starting to work nicely it seems, targeting 1.46/7 might take a week or 3, cheap swap so not bothered to give it some time.

Weekly price is open to reversal in this region (or just above marked 'a'), for a possible flat for wave 2. This depends upon CAD strength returning, as it looks it might in other CAD pairs (usd/cad, aud/cad). For wave 'c' of this flat, 5 waves look to have been completed.

So last week pa on EC turned out to indicate re test of the recent highs and it even spiked out above, I closed out my EC last week just above B.E with the intention of entering higher , which I did, I am much better positioned now, still short on EC, I think my target of 1.46 might be too low, I am moving it to 1.47 - 1.49 area, stop above 1.53, might add more shorts if we see another spike above 1.52 later this week.

I am expecting a brief spike above 1.52 on thursday, I might ofcourse be wrong, but that will be fine too, I took profit on EUR/CAD shorts , and moved my exposure to AUD/NZD longs as I saw a great bargain price below mid 1.04's , if we see a good spike above 1.52 on thursday I Might close out half of AUD/NZD Longs and short EUR/CAD Above 1.52, if we do not see another spike above 1.52 I will just stick with my aud/nzd longs, main reason for this decision is ECB still coming, RBA already done for the week I see less risk in being long AN than being short EC into thursday.. If ECB is not decidedly hawkish on thurday(I think they might be cautious given recent eur appreciation and softer than expected inflation + new developing issues etc) I think we will see pump and dump on EU mayb 1.13 + then dump, which will ripple into- and effect other Eur crosses too.
