You can add Pepperstone and LMAX. With FxOpen I have been trading few years ago and I found that they can reject trade. I forgot about euro zone red news and I entered eurusd long position 5 minutes before it with 6 pip stop loss. Reaction after news was very slow 20 pip downward move for first minute. Of course trade was executed at the lowest possible point of this candle due to 4 rejections! I've tried to close position manually many times without success. Thanks to this mistake I stopped trading with FxOpen. They replied me that LP rejected my trade 4 times and it happens...

pepperstone is a joke for scalping, spreads are way too high and ECN account + commission is a fake anyway because its like a hidden spread.

I would consider only UK FCA regulated brokers to keep your money safe. Among UK brokers I would consider LMAX, Tickmill, Activ and ETX. Hope this helps.

From all trading elements in Forex
spreads is mainly considered as an important financial tool
which an investor should consider when choosing a broker.
If you are a scalper obviously have to make sure a broker which always provides lowest trading spreads which is only way to make profit with surely by scalping that brings profit very rapidly than other trading strategies.

Tradeview usual basketshops, unfortunately.
Their manager told me personally that the company creates artificial slips and delays for scalping.
Draw your own conclusions.

If you already have their manager's confirmation then we can't say anything but can simply add one line for scalping that it is itself riskier and new traders do lose their money during the high volatile markets doing scalping.

It can be better than other regulations in Forex .
but that not use , regulated broker always guarantee their clients funds.
I don’t believe the brokers regulations , I depend on brokers credibility than regulations

One of the thing many people seem to forget is that keeping your money safe does not only depend on the broker.
I always check which bank the broker is using and do some research on them. What is the point of picking a regulated broker when the bank they are using would not survive a new financial crisis.

Minimum with some of these brokers are very high, but obviously it won’t really matter if they are actually good. I find Octafx quite good since you can get going on their ECN account with 20 bucks, so that’s pretty sensible figure for low investors. They have excellent spread (on ECN) and very fast execution rate, so perfect for scalpers. I too do scalping a lot.
