On your weekly you don't have an uptrend so personally if i were trading this, (which i am not), i would consider the lower zone

If i may, the GBPAUD at present is quite poorly structured to trade at present.
There are probably better pairs in terms of structure

That leads me on to something i focus on with my traders, how and why to choose a particular trading vehicle or pair to trade at any point in time.

There are several ways to do this in a logical professional manner, that helps build confidence in the trader which as we all know is one of the main goals to have.

Choosing a pair to trade - Traders can choose by

1. Volatility
2. Market environment - trending or ranging
3. By spread - pairs with wide spreads vs pairs with tight spreads
4. Investment style - for example futures are better suited to daytrade compared to forex so choosing to trade currency futures on small timeframes vs forex
5. By currency pair - Majors, minors, etc
6. Correlation trade - trading audusd instead of gold for example
7. Strength and weakness analysis

Thanks for your comments and advise , i serch the futures market to see why sometraders preffer it than Forex , what i found is mainly the spread , but im not looking for 10 or 20 pips and i have good spread with my broker , still dont see why future market better than forex , im sure it has its advantages but not yet sure, I have other broker which im ready to trade also futures market with account i have.

I started off as a futures trader, traded futures only for 5 years. Still love it
Regarding the trading vehicle that one uses for one's trading goals, It is not so much about what profit one is looking for, we have no control over that really.
I saw that you posted a short term income sequence is why the thought came to my mind (the 4hr-1hr-15min)

It is more about the costs of trading plus the regulation in the markets

With futures in terms of a day trading vehicle, it is a centralized exchange vs forex that is OTC
In futures, the spreads do not change like they do in forex because of the liquidity
In addition, there are no brokers to widen spreads when markets get close to your intraday stops. In futures, if prices don't reach your stop on one broker they don't reach your stop in any brokers. Very different to forex.

It is not that one can't day trade forex but more about which vehicle is better suited. One should always keep these consideration in mind.
Now, for swing trading and more longer term trading, forex has a slight upper hand

Short position: GBPCAD, D

- Approaching a nestled 4H supply zone within Fresh Daily Supply Zone
- What I like: zone is fresh, approached zone with a lot of momentum, very good R:R potential, I do not see any other Supply zones in the vicinity
- What I don't like: counter-trend trade (on D, 4H, and 1H)

Short EURUSD 4Hr SZ , 1HR SZ afrer break the MTL , 27 Pips+ till now and goieng to the target which is first DZ in 1H, 2nd Target is 4H DZ

2nd target hit with 40+ pips , it reach the 4h DZ and I sow some slow movement once 4h DZ reach .

I do trade support resistance for 10 years , what I was missing that some trades goes against me to -30 / -40 pips before it hit target or it hit the stop loss , now with what ATK taught us I know why this was happened to me in the past as it was inside DZ /SZ area , this last trade I took even I didnt place stop loss (not recommended ) and It didnt goes against me even 1 pip as I experience , amazing , im still learning here the supply demand and im looking for the good trades and not the winning one only

AKT , I have question , can we consider area 3 fresh , I know its coue because of area 1 and 2 , but 3 never tested before area 4 accrue
