If the price goes 100% RT on the Bull leg. Then we will see further downside until 1.3240

Hello Yousername. I find your thread interesting, as I too am interested in finding an edge. However, would it be possible for you to base your thread on a ton of examples. Say maybe the last year or two? I say this, as it will allow us to identify allof the variationsof a 100% leg reversal and if it does ineed hold true. Clearly the answer is, no, this rule doesnt hold true 100% of the timesbut it will allow us to identify the reason as to why, in order to find an edge. I would be willing to help if need be.

Simple and fun reversal
Market broke below 1 and 2 Bullish leg and have a rest below it before proceed going lower.
If you go to a lower time frame, you will notice a HIDDEN BEARISH DIRVERGENCE or BEARISH CONVERGENCE in that rest area which means a TREND CONTINUATION

Yellow box represents the correction and market having a rest above it's previous leg.
In each rest you will notice several bullish divergence, hidden bullish divergence or bullish convergence.
The whole thing will be bearish if LEG 3 and LEG 3A got broke through

several points about the USDCAD D1 market
1. A and B 100%RT on the 2nd BULL's leg and transiting into a range market.
It couldn't 100% RT on B's bears leg in order to continue the Bullish momentum.
But instead it goes lower creating a C Bear's leg.
2. The Bullish momentum will resume if the market is able to 100% RT on the C Bear's leg. Other wise it's only a correctio/bearish trend continuation before making another leg down to the bottom (100%RT on the 1st Bull's leg) or near bottom (Correction of leg 1&2) of the 1st leg.
3. As at the moment the market is still living comfortably under the 2nd's Bull's leg. The market will be bearish if the market do 100% RT on the 1st Bull's leg. Or you will see a trend continuation of the C legs making another bear's leg "D". But it doesn't mean that it's a 100% RT on the 1st and 2nd Bull's leg, but a correction of 1&2 Bull's leg. However if A,B,C,D are able to 100% RT on the 1st and 2nd Bulls leg, that will be a bearish reversal advancing lower.
