i hope i understand you. from this its a patience game, the toughest part.
it helps me to get in other things envolved beside trading. for me i am strong engaged in several things and family matters.
to have something important beside trading is important to have the patience to wait for the best setups.
trading is like dancing, don't think and just listen to the music!

Agreed,,, family and close family/extended to spend time with them is good... sometimes a walk can change your perspective..

Haha exactly, held it for 12hours for 50 pips, slow day it was the only trade i took, i watched movies on my 2nd monitor all day, this trade was like watching paint dry.

Ah well profit is profit, have a good weekend, I won't be trading these 4 days

No, timeframe S/R is not important. whatever level that has held in the past will show on every-time frame.

The way I find and keep track of levels, is to draw it in when I see on the 5min chart a level that the market respects, how many times etc or what is the filter process, keep that up to you, i just see try to see a level that will be used in the future. (this does not mean that I won't put in a level based on higher TF, but it's not a weekly/daily process)

Also I have the fib's that the market gives enough opportunities with. I also know where the session breakouts occur and that's with another tool but that's a different story ... ,,

Setup involves setting a buy limit order at session open once the candle pattern shows up.

Today/ GUSD I will look for sells setups off 1.2936 and buys from 1.2710..

Overall: could be a slow day.. big move, we're doing the retrace.. I feel We could see a push for YH and higher (no Setup for push higher yet).. some are predicting 1.3 for £...
