I'm not saying things were great before Dodd-Frank, but I AM saying Dodd-Frank is a joke and we need to get rid of it. Dodd-Frank isn't helping anyone but the politicians and whatever other insidious groups that have lined their pockets with money because of it.

there is nothing wrong if you are US Resident and you are with offfshore broker that allow hedging and no FIFO rules?

it is over-protected by NFA, if you want to do forex, then leave USA

I wish FF didn't have this new box they've added but maybe it's just me finding it so 'irritating' to have to work around! I compared FxChoice and Tw and for me, maybe not for you, but for me, I responded super well to TW customer service/support. Even/especially when exploring. I got a tremendous amount from the babypips.com thread mentioned in the post above. I was looking because the ForexBrokerInc. change in modus operendi would have me just chose FxChoice - it was their recommended route. But I wanted something to which to compare it. I used the babypips thread for that, basically.

No problems with the US government vis a vis my brokerage account abroad, briefly discussed in the thread post referenced above.

Wrote to forexfactory about the editing problems I am having and Twee explained that best to use latest versions of Firefox or Google Chrome.

Anyone in the US thats trading can recommend an offshore broker? dealing with fx choice at the moment but im not really content with them

I was just getting ready to transfer funds to FXchoice. What didn't you like about them?

I did a small deposit of 100$ to test them out with epayments. the deposit was quick with no hassle. i made a profit out of it and decided to take out the profit to see if the withdrawals were legitimate. It went thru process and it got accepted and has already been taken out of my trading account but has not yet hit my ewallet. I got in contact with them and they said to wait 24 hours for it to hit my account so that's what I'm doing at the moment.

If youre in the USA and youre currently trading with Tallinex keep in mind that The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)
has filed a lawsuit against the broker for accepting clients from the US without having a license.
According to the CTFC the broker has allegedly illegally solicited and accepted at least $1.5 million from US clients and these violations have been committed in the period September 2012 - September 2016. The case will be heard by a district court in Utah.

Tallinex shut down US citizens months ago. However, if you're in the US and trading with a US broker, you are being ripped off by high spreads and you are putting up 10 times more for margin than you need to. To boot, the good 'ole CFTC prohibits brokers from insuring or protecting your funds.

It's so funny when you click on the brokers tab in the US, you only get 2. 7-8 years ago, there were dozens. If the NFA gets their ultimate goal, we will be clicking that tab and nothing will be there.

Well?? What happened with your epayment? Did you ever get your money from FX Choice?

FxChoice is legit. No issues with withdrawals ever, however they are an expensive broker with high spreads and commissions.

They were fine until merge with Forex Broker Inc. Now it seems they charge the ridiculous spreads FBI did. Traders Way, FinPro and LMFX are the best options as of now.
