eg. NFP, Funds Rates, Interest Rates when an event is about waiting for a "number". On the other hand, if a high impact expected event is about anticipating human reaction eg. Meetings, Speeches, the market will most likely ignore the technicals?

In my opinion, if we do back-tests without looking at news for these technical stuffs out there , there really is no point to say
. I mean like, ignore the news and just call it a loser because in those back-tests the news happens and unless you are going back in time and checking all the news releases while back testing, i don't see a point why most technical traders blame the losers on news.
Just my opinion.
