Noted: I was Long on this trade since 2 days ago, but JPY kept strengthening for no real reason. I knew
FOMC Meeting Minutes (Wednesday) wouldn't change the sentiment on my favor. So, I got out super early
on a 70pip move, but i left an extra 62 on the table....

USDCAD, H4TF - Potential Trend Reversal Trade Setup ( Bearish Gartley Formation )




Note: This is a short-term trade setup that I am going to observe this week, and hopefully I will get
involved after Non-Farm Payroll.

Potential Target to the downside is between 300 and 450.

Current Risk is between 30 to 60

Canada Building permits, February 2017

Canadian municipalities issued $7.5 billion worth of building permits in February, down 2.5% from January.
Ontario and Alberta led the five provinces that reported declines in February. The national decrease was
mainly the result of lower construction intentions for single-family dwellings and institutional structures.

The value of residential building permits issued by Canadian municipalities fell 1.5% from January to $5.0
billion in February, but remained just above the $5.0 billion mark for a second consecutive month. The decline
in single-family construction intentions was moderated by an increase in the multi-family component.
Four provinces posted decreases in the residential sector in February, led by Ontario.

Construction intentions for single-family dwellings declined 5.4% to $2.6 billion in February. Ontario registered
the greatest decrease in this component, more than offsetting the six provinces that reported gains.

Conversely, multi-family construction intentions increased 3.0% to $2.4 billion in February, a second consecutive
monthly gain. The increase was mainly attributable to apartment buildings in both British Columbia and Alberta.


In February, Canadian municipalities approved the construction of 19,903 new dwellings (+2.9%), consisting of
13,445 multi-family units (+9.3%) and 6,458 single units (-8.3%).

USD/CAD, H4TF - Last Update

I didn't take advantage of the initial drop on Friday, but I got in earlier today...




M15TF ( Clear View )



Note: I got out because of the Divergence (Bullish), and if Price wants to drop further, I will be there
to jump on the pullback.

I have noticed something else on the H4TF earlier today....It's best to observe the market from
the sideline for now because USD is still Weak and CAD is very strong.

#1 The Gartley Pattern was completed on Friday, and this is why we had that bullish retracement right away.
Now, the fact that Price failed to stay above 23.6%, it tells me that Price wanted to go further Down...

As a result, I got short during the London Session and took advantage of the Setup.

#2 At some point, the Bullish Bat Pattern is going to complete. I expect 2 scenarios...

***Right now, I am only interested on a Sell Trade which means, I would like to see Price goes back to
50% Fib Level and show me some exhaustion candles.

***If Price bounces nicely around that major Support level 1.32800 and create a small double bottom, I might
consider a Buy Trade as long as the Sentiment switches on me. (meaning USD becomes Strong, and CAD becomes Weak )




Warning: We have High-Impact risk Event on CAD this Wednesday.....
