A trading mate of mine says you (I mean your support team) have not answered in merit to his ticket for two days now. The ticket contains the simple question of what is your highest CPU speed that you can offer in a package of one CPU core and 2 GB of RAM. How can it be possible?

Hi,I can't log in to my vps since yesterday,and the remote desktop indicating that the remote computer is not available or turned off.Do you have a problem with your server?

The worst client service ever that i've seen. Payed for VPS for over 24 hours now and no set up or email reply from them. Been trying to contacting them through every means possible but to no avail, even their chat app says they are Online , when it is very clear they are Offline with a big OFF . Please i don't even want your service anymore , I just need a refund of my money. If you guys are not ready for business then close shop.

In this case there is evidence from many witnesses . You say set up of vps will be in a few minutes but over one week and no set up and no way to contact you guys. If that is not scamming ,I wonder how you define yours.
