I'm not sure I understand your question but if you are referring to Daylight Savings you might want to check this notification http://www.xm.com/important-notifica...ngs-2017-46830
Thank you
DislikedHaving one hour Sunday day on your charts, what a mess here... Jesus. Are you kidding? In 2017? Thought all brokers grew up to the point of understanding the significance of having 5 daily candle week. Not XM.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Dear Botan626, Can you please explain what you mean with the above. Thank youIgnored
Disliked{quote} {quote} Ok, here we go. No need to refer me to that notification, because I can see the result of the broker's policy you represent on the charts. On the attached screenshot you can see an one hour Sunday day, which is utterly inappropriate to be there, because, in fact, that 1 hour day and the day after it is one consecutive day. All brokers shift server time 1 hour forward when DST starts in NY and make it GMT +3, to ensure 5 daily candle week. XM is going to have 6 ones. I'm not going to dive into the details here why shifting server...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Dear Botan626, As I have pointed out in the link in my above post when I was trying to understand your question, as of Sunday March 12, USA and Canada moved one hour forward Daylight Saving Time (DST). Europe hasn't changed so far, thus the session opening for the following two weeks will take an hour earlier and the same for Friday closing. Since Europe hasn't changed to summer time, inevitably the sessions will start and finish earlier, its common practice performed every year this time across markets. The sessions will normalize as soon...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Some brokers choose to keep the platform closed during the 1 hour difference until it normalizes, however others including XM adjusts the opening and closing time which is more fair.Ignored
Disliked{quote} So you completely ignored all I said about 6 day candle week, ok. {quote} No, other brokers did start the new current week at the identical local time, including XM, yet they did start at the 00:00:00 Monday, because they changed server time to GMT +3, but XM did it at 23:00:00 Sunday.Ignored
Disliked{quote}What you do not understand is that the market opened at 23:00 so XM opened trading at the time the market opened. Even if server time was changed to GMT plus 3 the same problem would happen in 2 weeks when Europe syncs its time with DST.Ignored
Disliked{quote} You are not ignoring my entire comment, you ignore the core part of it. {quote} What time zone? It's necessary to mention it when speak internationally. {quote} Forex market is open for 120 hours every week which should be properly devided into 5 full days. The NY session is the last session that finishes every trading day and have to end at 23:59:59 server time, thats why other brokers shift server time according to NY local time. That will guarantee 5 full day candle week on the charts. The europing DST is of no significance, bc will only...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Dear Botan626, Your main issue here is that due to the time change you are seeing ticks on your chart from Sunday. I understand this might be a problem for you or your EA. However please understand the only choices a broker has when this happens is: A) Keep trading closed for the 1 hour which elapses due to the time difference. OR B) Follow the market and open trading at the correct time (which will result in candles appearing on a Sunday hence making the chart look like its got an extra day). Changing the Server time is not possible for...Ignored

DislikedIs it just me or XM is very good with STOP hunting? they don't even wait for price to reach your STOP.. they just hit it and chill.... My advice, if your looking to make some reasonable cash from FX, stay away from XM... (wrong broker) they also have huge spreadsIgnored
Disliked{quote} Dear jusstin911, XM does not interfere or influence where stop losses are triggered. This is done by the server. I would be more than happy to transparently look at where your stop loss was triggered and explain the facts if you could please share the ticket ID of the trade. As far as your comments about XM's spreads, they are transparently presented on our website for all account types under this section -> http://www.xm.com/forex-tradingIgnored
