Hi

Just stopped working on FF link at 21:15 GMT

I have tried every version that has been posted, it looks like gone down in FF. any idea's

Not so. I posted yesterday that it is working and still working now.

Updating and rolling along fine.

You need to explain what you did exctly rather than fish for ideas, especially when you are the only one affected.

i am using 1.07c and that is working fine for me, maybe try that one??

i have the low impact news turned off on mine that is why it is not showing.

Thanks, you've made me find the solution :-)
It was a conflict when you have both 1.07c and 1.07d used in different charts, as they don't use the same datas as Euclid said before.

1.07c works fine but 1.07d doesn't for me.
All there is to do is checking that there is no 1.07d versions installed on any chart, replace them if needed by 1.07c versions, restart MT4 and you're done.
I should have thought about it before ;-)

So now all's alright, Euclid.
NewsCal 1.07c and NewsBrk 0.07 are working perfectly.
Your indis are on our screens again, thanks to you!

Is this version have capability for backtest?

for me NewsCal 1.07c and 1.07d NewsBrk 0.07 or NewsBrk 0.06 doesn't work
all of them say download failed

maybe try this...

after you install these you must shut down MT4 and restart it, also make sure that you have these items ticked in the 'common' tab, go to the indicator and click edit to bring the window up, click 'ok' when finished.

Did you do this, sadasd32cxv ?
If yes, then:
Choose Open Data Folder in the File Menu
Select MQL
Then Files
And delete the files you see on the picture below.
If one of them doesn't exist, no problem, delete the others.
Shut down and restart MT4.

It should be alright...
If not, I really don't know what to do if you've also done what Phil has told you to do.

The v1.07d loads perfectly the 2 latest events for this current week ... USD and CAD daylight saving time shift ... as per the FF calendar.

Very frustrating. Now either both don't load or they load and don't update (which is easily observable as the clock is frozen). Maybe it will improve when Mkts open with DST in effect. Here's hoping.

So today I'm seeing the following
https://cdn-nfs.forexfactory.net/ff_...r_thisweek.xml gives last week's calendar
http://www.forexfactory.com/ffcal_week_this.xml gives this week's calendar
http://www.dailyfx.com/files/Calendar-03-12-2017.csv gives this week's calendar but 1 hour different to the FF calendar



Anyway, I've got a new version for you to try out.

Changes in v1.08 (since 1.07b):
Changed Internet User-Agent
Added check to reject out of date calendar downloads
Added options to enter the URLs of the FF and DailyFX sources
Renamed UseAlternateSource to UseDailyFXData
Added option AutoProxyConfig, Set to true (default) to use windows registry settings for proxy configuration, set to false for direct connection (no proxy).
Added option DeleteCacheAtStart Set to true to delete the saved calendar and force a new download at start. Set to false for normal operation. Don't leave this set to true permanently. It's only for troubleshooting.

It requires incoming ticks. You can get it to work at the weekend by refreshing the chart to give it a kick. However it needs real ticks to work out the server time and put the vertical lines in the right place on the chart.
