for FX Flux following a PM

I'm not sure how your ea traded it, but this screen shot shows how I would have manually traded it according to my rules, I would have been stopped out for a few pips plus a 3 pip spread, 3 pip spread is unacceptable to me so even if I'd been at the screen I wouldn't have traded it

I won't be publishing levels today guys. The reason is Trump's speech. My advice is to stay away from the markets. I will do fresh levels tomorrow morning at the start of EUR session.

Question:
what is more Volatile with regards to the GBP ?

Is it the GBP/EU or GBP/USD ?

anyone here trading the GBP ? if possible, would like to have some pointers on the volatility on behalf of the gbp.(specially since Jan 2017)
the most volatile pair v/s the least volatile pair involving the GBP.

Thanks in advance

My quick guess is gbp/jpy - most volatile, eur/gbp -least volatile. You can try looking at ATR indicator (for example for monthly candles) to get the picture.

not trading anything to do with GBP short term, it lurches on every bit of news and pays little regard to support/resistance. IfI were to trade it, it would be to short the hell out of it vs the USD on pullbacks, the US are going to have to raise interest rates - and as Yellen said most likely 3 x's this year. The UK on the other hand has a tightrope to walk simply to avoid a recession once we start negotiations proper. I have personally shorted it all the way down from around 1.50 on Brexit night, and if it gains any ground I'll keep doing it. I can't see any way to trade the GBP other than down on pullbacks.

The Euro has it's own problems and parity with the dollar could come pretty soon, this one is however a BIG currency and wont lurch like the GBP, but in my opinion is a doomed experiment in the long term. To put it into context it would be like Canada, the USA & Mexico all having the same currency............ mmm, think I've heard that story somewhere else

There are plenty of trading possibilities without GBP, so unless you are prepared to trade with either BIG stops or no stops I'd swerve the GBP

Wise man.

IŽll play cents to make my gambler side happy, budget 3.- €, 300 cents.

I wonder what it feels like to be Trump, Yellen, Draghi etc. Knowing that the moment you open your mouth or tweet - millions, probably billions of dollars change the owner. Horrible...
Please add more indicators, I still see the real price! Thanks!

I trade the GBPJPY every day.....it moves a lot....thats why it got the nickname the Dragon...but far and away the most volatile is the GBPNZD and GBPCAD in my opinion....not at all uncommon to see 25+ pip 5 min bars....had a 70 pip 15 min bar today in the GBPCAD

I thought this was the tamest Trump has been since he has gotten in the game to begin with. With this in mind am starting to notice levels are being honored ( trade 18 pairs intra-day) with the start of a new month, let see if things can get back to flowing like before .

i traded 113.56 on UJ. Not sure how old was it but it was added to my alerts and it popped up. I did the trade and it worked. Though I exited at 8pips. I didn't have confidence in it

Hello guys,
I think that it will be safer not to trade intraday levels today. I will post new levels in the evening (before asian session).
Take care

Thanks for letting us know. Just into an "old" EUR/USD level... hope this doesn't make too much sence.
