First of all, HI everyone!
Second of all, i apologise if my intervention is a bit offtrack considering that mostly this thread is about commenting analysis. But there is a reason for my intervention:
I have never seen in this thread - i've read some of it, not all 200+ pages, but some of it, including the first ones - a single explanation of how to precisely identify the MM interventions in market to manipulate price. All i have seen was some analysis considering price/volume and suport/resistance criteria, but with a somewhat weird-ish logic that concludes exactly in reverse that ordinary logic would go. Don't get me wrong - i want to learn to live off my trading, i AM aware of the fact that markets don't move as the wind blows but as the MM dictate, i am aware of the fact that price evolution without being backed by a proper volume evolution is deemed to fail - but i really don't understand how do you guys interpret these criteria - the PVSRA ones - to the extent of a MM market manipulation portrayal. I am not being a smartass but merely stating that i don't understand you logic - other then maybe something like " indicators say go north so we go south " - wich would be a very good illustration of "how to make money by doing exactly the opposite of me"
. Seriously is there any1 here that could be bothered enough to explain me a bit in detail? please ?
Before dwelving into explanation - for those who would like to do that - think of this : a few days ago, we had an EURO/USD poised on going low. The entire day was filled with USD data that could have moved the euro on the downtrend. As to confirm that, the entire USD data WAS positive - and when i say positive i mean BIG fucking positive - but to my awe, the USDX went south and so did the dollar. Now, normally i was buffled by the reaction, and so were some newbs like me on some forums....until i read something that made total sense - the positive data provided logical ground for a next month rate hike expectation. Therefore investors took positions in reverse to the amazing USD data.
Before you dwelve into explanations....are you sure you haven't missed some logical explanations? like the one that i just sampled earlier? I am not asking - again - because i am a smartass, but because i fear i might miss a logical explanation while hunting for probable MM manipulations. Hence the need for a bit of certainty.
With proper apologies for my offtopic - even though it really is not, considering the title of the thread - i can't w8 for some clarification from you guys. Thank you in advance.
