In effect, what is going on here is you are trading a Fibonacci retracement of 76% or 88%. That is basically what the setup is giving you with a tight stop and then micro manage the trade.

OMG !!! Harold just stopped trading and now he is selling his stuff !! LOL !! So lets do the math, 2 days, one loser and another one...what...aborted? He lowered his price to less than half because Clive just butchered another London session. Well it fall very much in line with all the trading rooms I participated in 11 years. And yes I said ALL TRADING SERVICES according to my experience. First trading session I participated was back in 2009 or so. FXbootcamp or something like that. The guy spent the whole London session talking about his dog....

What's funny to me ForexOracle is that such a wonderful trader as yourself feels it necessary to be in a forum.

i think today's session was fine. nobody wants to take trades in a crappy market and that's what we had in the 1st hour.

i've lost a lot of money in the past chasing things that just aren't there.

I like the logic behind the trades, but I will not be paying for the chatroom. I'll contribute to the forum.

Hey H dog.

About them 5 point increments.

A while ago (maybe 6 years ago?) i read a research paper about how 30% or so of the volume in FX is around the round numbers like 100, 200. They ran statistics on the volume coming form the major banks which in total held about 70% or so of the markets FX orderflow. Considering how we generally seek the mental path of least resistance, this made sense to me. Did some tests back then and its been a staple in my trading ever since.

My interpretation of this after looking at charts is that they could be used as exit targets as well as a for a little directional bias. Translated to the NQ, 5 point price increments seem to be good for sub 300vol bar charts. Taking entries from recent pullbacks after a break look good on the NQ. Holding trades to the first visit of the price looked good as well. I say look good because i just looked on the NQ charts. Looked at 20 or so days using 200vol bars between 9:30a and 10:30a. Nothing conclusive yet still just an idea.

yes LG getting a buy or sell signal at them seems to be a good place to hold to next one. but if in the middle you would need to see how much can be gotten where you enter also don't want to not take a setup but it is an interesting area for sure

Trump's speech will touch quite a fair bit on healthcare industry, so I expect the Nasdaq to be very volatile. Cheers to all.
