Please where can i download ADR indicator to my mta4? Thanks!
MT4 was kind enough to provide a number of indicators including ATR with the trading station. Click on the add indicator icon, and then Oscillators and then Average True Range.

here's a nice one ... (the default colors are different than these, but easily changed) ... it changes to "ADR REACHED" when appropriate ... and the calculations are based on actual trading days only (skip weekends)

That is the best one I have come across at this point as is least invasive and simple. My ultimate one would have support/resistance lines placed on chart as well but I guess you can just draw them in start of day

I am trading using Oanda's FXTrade. (demo account for the moment, still learning). Is there any possible way to get ADR for some currencies for this year inside Oanda's platform?

Or are the any resources from where I can obtain those statistics?

After ADR reaches market is likely to chop or retrace. Thats the way i use it.
And this one attached is better as it plots as a range on chart.

you can check "Average Daily Range SR" from mql5

Hi I share my work. This ADR indicator plots two Fibonacci levels from the daily opening. I hope it can help your trading like me.

Hi Peter, How can we know which is the exhaustion direction not to operate against?
