eu level tested turned about 0.5 of a pip early

EU short 1.0638 tested (turned half pip early on my chart), fell for 8 consecutive M1 bars to +13

Glad my previous post was delayed for moderation now. I took a half-size position and exited at +9

Intraday levels for 16.2.2017
I use PT 10 pips, SL 12 pips.

**Be extra carefull because today's levels seem heavily corellated (yesterday's price movement was mainly USD driven). If more levels are going to be hit in the time I will definitelly adjust volume of my positions accordingly!

we have just tested 30mins ago yesterdays EU short level 1.0638 and today's level is at 1.0640 it's still ~2.5 pips from recent high, shouldn't we assume it as tested also?

Have taken eu short since the levels that dale gave is based on new volume data so assuming it to be valid. Let's see.

morning guys,

I've also taken this trade as the level has a lot of weight behind it, however it isn't based on new volumes as that level hasn't been challenged since it was first posted, the reason for the slight change is likely to be the slight change in the difference between the price of the futures contract and the spot market. I'll actually add to this trade at 1.0645, but my stop is 20 rather than 12 pips away

My thoughts on usd/cad 3030 (why I didnt publish the level):
I was thinking about it but there were 2 reasons why I didn't take the trade: 1. Weak volume (not a quick and strong rejection of lower prices, 2. Volume (on futures) was mostly at the low of the day - I thought that it was more probable that the price would shoot through it.
No hard rule there, just discretion. It is not a bad level but Iam a bit cautious on USD/CAD now (lowest winning % recently).

Was thinking the same thing at first but PA on the lower TF was showing some support. In this case it worked out, however there are times it does not. As it has been said "A blind mouse finds a piece of cheese everyone once in awhile" . As a side note took 1/2 off at +10 moved stops to b/e with 2nd target at 1.3053.
