Hi Gringoh.Thank you for your wonderful work and for updating your EA....I have fired up the new EA on my chart but it has not opened any trade for the past 3 hours , meanwhile the previous of EA is opening trades..What could possibly be the problem..I will be glad if you can help me resolve this.Thank you.

Yesterday was not a good day.

Today is a bad day.

I have some ideas to limit losses for bad trades, more on this later as I have not much time today.

If you are using my DB it is probably when you launch the EA.

When you launch it the DB tries to download historical data which might not be available on your borker.

You can try to download those data manually.

i am getting a lot of trades on my EA
. It seems when it sees a trade, it will put out a lot of orders!

No pop up signal and no trades but the previous version of EA keeps opening orders unlike the new version of EA..

Hello,

I have noticed that already when trades are lining up, some go wrong. I think it has to do with the CCI 7777 setting. If you check the history and you only take the first signal after the CCI 7777 changed than the chances of a good trade increase. If the EA takes signals after that first Signal, the likelyhood for a win is not that great. Just do a visual check, you will see.

@ gringoh. Would it be possible for the EA to only trade the first Signal after the CCI 7777 changed and ignore all the signals that come after until the CCI 7777 changes again?

the ea took two buy trades on GJ, but why? considering the first one was winning, and the second one lost. i'm testing 15:20 pips RR.
yes, i have the setting limit trades to 1 buy and 1 sell trade a day

al's strategy also gave another signal as well on EJ, which wouldve been a winning trade, but the ea didn't take this trade?
i think there are a few more, but i didnt check all the pairs

Many thanks to Forexpinbar, bradipo and packgreen49 for your responses. I do however have another query and that is if there are outstanding open trades before the market(s) you are in close, do you close these trades regardless whether they are in profit or not
