USO $15 would be wti pushing $70....I don't think oil will rise very much unless there's a new flush of shoosting in the ME, but that's usually a decent bet....otherwise there's just too much supply...

I still feel like we have so much downward momentum on Oil...IDK

Keepin an eye on chevron and Conoco for big selling areas. I think we may just keep ranging though.

Got knocked out of my AAPL positions today with it sitting over 130 and out of my GLD bear put spread, but in honor of groundhogs day I'm gonna short both again when AAPL gets to 131.50~ and when GLD gets to 119ish

Gonna sell some ANTM tmmrw and flip the stock into a bear put spread down to about the 130 over the next 4 months

EWW set up for a short today it looks like

Set an order to sell stock at market @ the open. Ill wind into a Mar 47/40 Bear Put spread at market close tmmrw if EWW doesn't blow through 47.25

I'd guess the travel ban gets upheld in court, maybe at the SCOTUS, and that will spook the stock markets, especially tech, maybe airlines, etc, we'll see....not sure if that will be settled this week or not...

Dipped under briefly... if it holds at the end of the day Ill take the position

put a March 45/35 short strangle on GRUB before earnings. Vol dropped hardcore after earnings so I turned it into an IC to lock in the vega profits. I'm thinkin it holds the range till expiration.

Got short EWW on a 47/40 bear put spread for 2.20 that's in the red right now. if it gets over 47.25 I'm out.

took a loss on some GE calls when price broke down. I hate when those damn trades get so close to my profit point and run all the way to a total loss.

Got short AAPL again with a mar 135/140 bear call spread. .92 credit... over 134 blows me up

Few other positions too on ALXN, ANTM, DG, TEVA, and TSO... hopefully they will actually do something

big winners have been the ratio breakouts on GLD and TLT I put on a few months ago. Glad I put those turds on when I did. Paid .36 for a GLD Jun -2 99P/+1 118c and its worth 4.50 now.... and a TLT Jun -2 115p/+1 129c I took an 8.00 credit for that's almost at 0 now


Anyways.... that's where I'm at.... seems about as directionless as my life right now

yes I have some wins in GLD and AUY to balance out the shitty directional trades I have been putting on in the SPY and SPX.....Mar $120 and $130 GLD call calendars, AUY Feb17 $3.50 long calls.....the spoos still flatlining, I have not been trading any this week, power out since Sunday....

I hate power outages. That's why I went so heavy with the redundant systems. When there is no sun, no wind, and no grid left then I'm pretty much screwed

I beat the hell out of body trying to be pretty and had a loosely successful career as a man-whore in my 20s and early 30's. I spend my time now trying to make my body not hurt from all the old injuries due to stupid meathead type lifting. Work on rotation, don't do anything you see in magazines(especially yoga). Walk, run, stand more, don't sit, and throw things as often as possible.

btw I don't think the markets are completely worthless. I seem to find a assload of trades. True, many of them suck, but at least it keeps me occupied till DJT goes ballistic on "FILL IN THE BLANK" and sets things moving.

I think Trump is the perfect guy for the job actually. Its poetic justice that our crappy deteriorated society and world have exactly the leaders that we deserve.

what, no yoga? yeah I never got into it. Much of what I do with weights anymore though is really just modified stretching. At work we go out a couple times a day and throw football or baseball or kick the soccer ball for 5 minutes and if that's all I did in a day I'd still feel ok.

I told you I had devolved into more or less a binary event trader. Actually, I wish that were true. If I just laid off trading anything but those big movers, I would probably be better off. Sure ok they only come up at best a few times a year, but so what?

And there are different magnitudes of binary events. Sure ok some of them don't even materialize but whatever.

Anyway, this court ruling that is coming on DJT's travel ban (extreme vetting of refugees who already waited in a squalid camp somewhere 2 years +? Poke that teddy bear with a bayonette goddammit ISIS could be in there!) - yes, that could actually be a small binary event imho: if that executive action is upheld, the markets will slide.

Hey nothin wrong with momentum trading big events. I just have certain setups that I look for really overbought and oversold conditions then trade countertrend to the mean. Between trades I surf, which is where I'm going now.

Put on some leap options for the UAA Jan 18 -2P 15/+1C 27.5 for a shitty .30 fill. I don't mind owning some underarmor at 15 if It drops down there.

Had a nice profit on some yen futures that ran like 100 pts against me this am and erased all my profits. Ill never get used to that shitty feeling.

Looks like NKE may be a good short from around here. Ill give it a few days to marinate and see if it cant break the 56.50 level. I'm thinkin we see it fall to 47 or so if it cant

Put a throwaway May 87.5/80 put spread on JPM mainly for insurance... Ill pull it if it cant stay under 87.50 before the bell today.


I am fighting in myself to put another ratio breakout trade on NVDA.... I just cant see any area Id wanna own that thing at. I don't even know what it is.
