I have been sampling OVO tick charts and all seems smooth with that indi too.

I was running Renko on a 13 year old HP with 1gb RAM and an old P4 Intel chip with no problems.

So.
1. which Renko EA are you using.
2. How many Bars are your charts set up to use.
3. How many Renko charts do you have running.
4. Do you have any other type of charts running at the same time.
5. How many other applications do you have running at the same time.

OVOs Renko, Tick, Range bar chart builder is excellent value for money, but if you are not trading live why spend money if you do not need to.

Dax +10 +16.......Down trend establishes....entering at BRN break and 123`s........was stopped out on the first trade and re-entered.....[does anyone like my florescent chart porn??]..

EUR/USD +40.... As you can see on the lower timeframe - this was not an easy one. Maybe the exit was too early. Divergences on both Charts.

BTW: On the right Renko Chart I`am using a "fixed open on last close". So you can easily see at which level the new bar started.

GER30 -4 +2+10+12+1+1+1+5+16+27. How to be really stupid and trade the crap. 1st one WTF, was it a down trend or was it a down trend? So why the hell did I go long?, rectified very quickly, take the hit don´t hold and pray regardless of who your god is.

What did I do? Best entry spot after "full swing back" on longer timeframe. Divergences on both Charts. Late entry and got stopped out at breakeven....unbelievable stupid...

GER30 +45+15+2. 1st one pullback entry on LTF following Divergence at a S&R zone. 2nd one follow the trend. 3rd one not a good entry but worth a go with a tight SL as the PA had formed a big rejection bar on the HTF. Closed first 2 manually, end of the first hour Opening Range. Done for the day, I,m not sitting chasing small pips got firewood to cut up before the torrential rains come this weekend.
