Reasons for entering
- First of all, I checked M5 and PA broke the support key level 112.250 with a red candle and a notable volume
- I entered on M1 when I saw that the consolidation area was about to finish
Got my target and exited

low confidence trades

got caught with analysis paralysis

The entries are correct but you are closing too soon.
You need more patience.

Hey man, nice screenshot, but that isn't advisable to put here if you read the 1st post you would understand

Regarding "best levels to enter", as far as I know there aren't best levels so far... but if you're looking for best TIME to enter a trade is after a S&R is broken in high momentum, that would be when a natural S&R (like the whole, half and quarter levels), past price S&R and/or the moving averages 50/200 are broken usually followed by notable volume candles.

Rob's charts lately are showing that very conclusively and simply too... I hope this helps man

The only issue here is the time of the day, too low liquidity makes MM's crazy

Yes, you did. When you entered it was already time for a retrace.
If you look at that huge red candle, it had already broken 2 key levels (112.000 and 111.750) at once, so a retrace could happen soon and it did.

If you pardon me, I'm going to explain in the most clear way that I can without the usage of an image.

> Support & Resistance are areas where price usually don't go straight through the first time, it tends to either bounce off of it or stay around it.
> Consolidation is when price reaches a Support/Resistance, stays around it and forms a visual Block of sorts... almost like a cage where price tries to "run away", but stays within a range (i.e.: price fluctuates between 113.450 and 11.350 with various peaks and bottoms within this price range).
> "Natural" Support & Resistance are levels that Big Money/Smart Money/Market Makers/Big Fellows use to put their orders... and they are the Whole numbers (113.000), Half numbers (113.500) and to a lesser extent the Quarter numbers (113.750/113.250).
> It has been written by TAH that the 50 EMA (a.k.a. Dragon) and the 200 EMA are MOVING trendlines. They tend to be respected and smartly used by Market Makers/Smart Money too.
> "Temporary" Support & Resistance are zones in-between these Natural Levels and they are usually formed by Consolidation AND/OR Trendlines, being a recent formed trendline or an old one from a higher timeframe.

Whatever prices does near these Support & Resistance is key to understand the core of PVSRA as far as I'm learning.

Now, when you are watching price running around, volume being formed you'll see when Market Makers are finally moving price to a breakout... a notable volume either is formed before, during and/or after the breakout of the Support/Resistance.
A basic trade entry is precisely when these Supports/Resistances are broken with high momentum.

I do hope this improves your learning and if you're still a bit confused, I advise you re-read the PDFs "Traderathome The Golden Posts Collection", "PVSRA" and "Introduction to PVSRA" and start going back from here while focusing on the chart, not the explanations... you may start to understand way better by this way alone.
