Thank you and swintrade65 for the confirmation, the ideas are beginning to click in place. I will do some practicing in Dev. :-) although I am fighting the urge to subscribe to tradingview until I have a bit more stronger theory.

XAUUSD: Buy 1196.95 Sell 1216.71

Crude: Buy 52.65

and for a bonus: US 30 yr bond : Sell 151 2/32

It just takes practice.....I would say the one biggest concept to keep in your mind is the idea of acceptance and rejection.....the market is always moving to find value ( towards Value areas) If you remember the old saying that the market ranges about 70% of the time and trends 30% then it only goes to logic that most of the time we are rotating from balance to unbalanced and back again.

UJ hit TP, CAD SL

UJ closed manually at 116.61. after taking loss on Cad wanted to take some profit. So didn't wait

I am not getting any levels. It was working for a few Days and after restarting last time stopped. I must have changed some thing but dont know what. It just looks like in the Pictures. Below is EA v1.4 which closes all its trades before Red News with improved levels discarding while Red News are active.
You may test it in upcoming GBP Red News.

  1. FFCal should be placed in Metatrader4\MQL4\Indicators folder.

2. secondly where can i get the volume indicator that stays on the candlesticks as found on your signal posts

Thanks for the prompt Ziggy. On a separate question, looking at the charts with the indicators for MT4, how would you personally determine if a reaction to a POC/Vpoc is a buy or sell? Thanks in advance ☺

Any reason you ditched the ucad at 1.3113? I have noticed you only put 3156 level now.

I don't look to trade in that way, for currency pairs the only way I trade them is off of predetermined levels going for the reversal - other than that I only look for stand out price action. The point of control is the area where the market was/is most in balance so trying to pick a trade around it would be difficult. I really only want to be looking for shorts at the extreme high of a value area or longs at the other extreme. What I would say is that if you already hold a trade going into the POC it represents a good target to be at least protecting what you have, if I was looking to trade from the extreme of the value area to the other extreme, at the POC I'd most likely take half off and put a BE stop on the other half.

As always Ziggy, your insight is greatly appreciated. That makes perfect sense. Am going to focus elsewhere today so am going to stop trading. Just wanted to wish you a safe journey on your travels tomorrow, a great break and am sure we will all look forward to hearing from you on your return to dear old UK :-)
