what you have seen is what I am using now....
Most of gain was last night... some position opened last week (mostly yesterday) after post i mention....
I had eyes on H4 (and yet missed some position while sleep )

D1 is patient game.... when you open price could move against you and we talk about 20 + pips...
then go back on his track and 100/200 pips come in your way...

H4 I use tighter SL and look for D1 to TP

is very individual
I could let it run or take 20 pips easy profit or....
to daily range 50 pips
to weekly range 120 pips
50% pivot 200 pips
to monlty range 370 pips
