My MP starts london open, i use weekly(15m reso.) and daily(5m reso.). VAH,VAL,"LVN" and drawing supply demand lines (five fingers style patterns) and when they agree,somehow you can say it somekind of "congestion zone", while pair is ranging,
thats all what i use.
I also monitor currencies strengths, searching exhausting pairs, but that is out of scope.
I admire Dale's levels.

I'm in, spread plays a part - my MT4 platform (which I only use for charting) shows the selling price, I'd suggest anyone setting limit orders might consider for BUY orders only, adding your spread to Dales levels. This assumes your charts also display the selling price
