DislikedHere is a strategy what could ork too on the long run! Maybe you could test it and if it's good enough you could make an ea based on this strategy! Sell/buy if we get a revers brick we enter to that direction! SL is 3brick size. SL moved to BE when we get 2 brick profit. TP when we get a new reverse brick, and enter a new trade onthe other side! IF we hit SL before we could set our SL to BE then we enter the new diretion with 2 brick SL, and so on... I'v attached a picture, check it out, and look at your charts to see how profitable it is! {image}...Ignored

Disliked{quote} This strategy will work great when market goes up and down tens of our Renko brick size (in one direction before changing its direction) and would be a disaster in tight ranging market. Nevertheless, I may give it a try...Ignored
Disliked{quote} The same settings, but variable lot size based on account balance... can't be true! {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Very interesting Math... Did you check the trades in visual mode to see entry and exit prices are at intended levels?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yes, they are at the intended levels. I'll start a forward test of this EA on my VPS tomorrow to see how it would work in practice. Probably not as good as what we see in the backtest, but who knows?Ignored

Disliked{quote} MathTrader your back testing modeling quality is 25%. No offence but the results are pretty useless. Find a way to back test with over >95% modeling quality if you want the results to be more realistic.Ignored

Disliked{quote} 25% is maximum native MT4 backtesting quality when using M1 TF. 90% for higher TFs. >90% may be achieved by using plugins only.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I would like to show you and others what could have been won or lost on usd/jpy with this strategy yesterday. Bricksize= 10pip (=1%; SL=3%) {image}Ignored
DislikedHet Math, thanks for the great work! I been reading/scanning these posts, but I can't seem to find how to backtest the EA"s as the backtester only recognises known timeframes. Maybe I missed something. Could you (are someone else) help me with this? Thanks in advance!Ignored
