Who took this signal today?About 140 pips move..Missed this and some others..Was quite busy today..But i will start posting trades and charts when I am less busy.

USD/CAD 165 pips..Missed this one too..Hope some of you got it..For all the newbies out there please dont start trading this system live because we are still testing it and tweaking for optimal performance

These were the only trades I was able to take today in my demo account...130 pips in the money.

Guys don't add any indicators, in about a 2 weeks this system will have at least 6 more indicators turn into rest of the systems in here.

I took 2 trades and closed 1 with 85 pips the other one usd/cad long I am at 165 pips and I moved sl to 100 pips profit.
I used the 1 min system but I used 2 more things. 1 my judgement (I looked at the 4hr time frame to see if there is a formation. there was double bottom consolidation whice meant the market had more of a chance to move up) second I saw that the 1min chart was trending up already.

So I don't suggest you should just trade the crosses. But don't use indicators as filters either they will just confuse more.

And I agree that 1:5 rr is a good idea but like I said make sure the 4hr is going up has a strong bullish candle and than look for 1min to be trending and made the crosses. It is better if catch the 1min crosses early. And you will make your chance better buy placing buy stop or sell stop before NY open when you see the setup.
Also as I mentioned before look for double bottom or double top , demand area or supply area consolidation on the 4hr.

Good job hibra with your price action analysis on this one..Price action is key..Keep posting good suggestions like this because this is what we need here to improve this strategy and make it even better than it is..If possible can you post your charts on how you take your trades from start to finish so that we can all learn from you?This thread was opened for suggestions , criticisms etc to improve this system and make it better..So all suggestions and ideas are welcome..No exceptions to the rules..

Well done with your CCI method Almo..Keep posting charts like these so that newbies and experienced traders can also learn from you..Kindly post your template here so that those who are interested in your method can test..If possible wire me some of your 150 pips you just banked lol..Ignore me am just kidding with you but please post your template for download..

Thaks Almo,

The only problem with this post/chart (at least as far as I am concerned) is that a) the values of the 3 CCIs are not visible on the chart, and b) what are the triggers of these CCIs for entering into a trade?

I am loving this CCI filter already because I saw many false signals today..The market was choppy t some point...But from what I can see on your charts you were able to filter those false signals with your CCI and that is very good because in order to be successful in forex in general we need to focus on high probability setups...Keep it up buddy.

i also consider always PSR points so i added my favourite pivots indicator ,put it and only than upload the tpl

Good job Almo and thanks for sharing..Do you have alert for all 3 of the CCI cross?If we can get alert for all CCI cross after 365/200 EMA cross it will make trading this strategy fun and simple...By the way how do you trade this CCI strategy since there is no alert in the template that you shared?

well..i trade also breakout prices so i put alerts for prices..but basicly i hunt the trades and after that i go to rest,

its not so easy to trade the min one tf you need best patience and its paid!

i also don't trade much pairs usually 5 pairs but i think it can be nice to make kind of dashboard for the cci and kiss issue..

So this is how you trade the CCI signals in screenshot after 365/200 EMA cross? Your sell after CCI cross line appears?Is CCI cross line(vertical) on chart automatic or you draw it manually?Please explain because we all here need to understand how you trade the CCI signal.Your CCI signals look good for filtering false so we need to know how it works and how you use it..

very simple my friend for the min time frame

after the cross i look cci

1.cci 555 need to cross the -155
2.cci 1333 need to cross the -155
3.cci 2333 must be below zero

for short!

for the 5min
1.cci 555 need to cross the -155
2.cci 1333 need to cross the zero from above and must be below zero
3.cci 2333 must cross the 50 from above and must be below 50
