gbp/usd: Looking at a long at 1.2119 (another level at 1.2115 for added confluence) Stop is wider at 1.2094. 1st Target is +20, move stops to B/E if that happens, 2nd target is 1.2160. Setup is good til EOD. USD news little later today may help to fuel this setup.

Ultimately that UJ was too good an opportunity for me not to take it. It was a long extremely low on the daily curve, and inside of a HTF (4h) demand level as well. It had (has) huge profit potential, and i wasnt going to pull it for any news outside of a major central bank announcement. now this AUDUSD long im much less bullish on. Its high on the daily curve, and not inside any higher time frame level. Really only taking it because of the confidence i have in dale's levels, i would never take this trade on my own otherwise. But that said, i'll look for half at 10 pips, move stop to B/E (another thing i almost never do) and look to take the other half at .7484, before the opposing 30m zone that formed

I wasn't paying too much attention as my index trades are running, so I just took it as soon as it triggered - your decision is looking the better one not to worry, my index trades are going nicely

funny how price on the EU got to 1.06 at the NY cut for options, apparently only 3.6 billion sitting at that level, will now keep a close watch on EU for our long level but I think the opportunity may have passed

Price hit level by 1 pip and than popped upwards, trade setup is not valid anymore, we will wait for the next bus.

Good job identifying that the aud was tested and no longer valid for trading. If you weren't sure there were more reasons not to take it - 1. test 1 pip sooner and 8 pip reaction, 2. post macro strong trend, 3. Friday - when there is macro on Friday and the markets gets wild on one side it is very risky to go against it. The market may give you the 10 pips profit in the move but I would be super scared to go in with a 20 pip profit target.

I've just closed my aussie trade at +12, I think it will make 20 but I'm now finished for the week. I'm taking MLK day off so will see you all on Tuesday, another day another dollar hey Sorry if I litter this thread with posts but it's nice to have some buddies when you're sat at a screen.

What you, Dale, Naughty, xxixixx, and the rest provided are certainly very useful information for newbies like me. I have certainly gain knowledge through this trend though it still proves to be rather 'technical' for me, but at least the on going discussions happening everyday allows me to start to slowly understand how Dale and the rest of you determine which level to enter and which levels are tested.. I like the positive vibes in this trend, everyone is just so willing to teach and advise.. please keep it going ...
