I don't trade 123s in the sense that we are accustomed to. I use them as market structure turning points so when point 2 is taken out I wait for a pullback to point 3 area if you watch last video I had 2 of them so you can see clearly how I trade them

So you watch the PA inside the 1-2-3 to see where the last ignition point was and sit near that?

jt I don't trade 123 breaks I use the 123 break as a trend change then I trade the pullback to the point 3 area heres todays trading it was not great though the market tanked I just couldn't get connected

On my chart drawing above, that's what I intended to show : the first green arrow is a "Classic" 123 entry - which you do NOT use; the second green arrow is "the pullback to the point 3 area".

Do you see what I'm saying or do I have it wrong ?

premarket 5030 rejection to 4990.25 knee jerk back to 5030ish level. 1hr looks to be bowling over top formation may get a run to 4990s again soon.

Your example would be correct but before it came down you drew a 123 to reverse if you didn't draw that 123 and it came back straight the area to enter is spot on

Hi Div,

I think i understand what you were saying to Jtrade. There was a small broken 123 in his drawing and that would have cause you to cancel the long. Would you perhaps consider the short instead? Please have a look at the pic attached, i modified Jtrade's chart.

Thanks, i appreciate the confirmation. I will admit after watching the first video i only fully understood two things: You were vaping and your were definitely a NYer. We just have a way of talking thats different from the rest of the english lanuage world.

I have some additional charts i am marking up from time demoing live and from the sierra simulator . . . i'll share those in the thread after they are done.
