Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and will try to contribute. The Martingale 2.1 is quite interesting and I'd like to see and play around with the "mq4"-version. Where can I download it?

I read / skimmed the tread and found it really good & interesting. Presently trying it live on a demo with a much higher TP and smaller grid and TF=M1. See setting file attached. On back-testing it gave quite interesting results.

Further feedback to my prev post.

V2.1 on GER30 M1, lot=1.00 (min for CFD, equiv=0.1 forex), tp=10.0, running set to 00:00 ~ 23.59. All others as default. Broker: TitanFX, demo, (blade) ecn w/com (7), no com for CFD, lev: 500.

Good luck ! Glad someone else has decided to try on Live/real.Keep a watch on the journal for any failed closings or opening of trades.We are looking for trades that have failed with the broker because of slippage/re quote .We want to see if ea is managing to retry and take trades when this happens.

I use version Martingale2.1
Is this version of the robot temporary?
I saw that written expiry date Or something like that

Update,
Running ea on demo and live.Live account,ea failed to close a trade due to requote by broker,this did not happen on demo which is why its so important to test ea's in a live/real account environment.
EA picked this up and tried again to close and done so successfully.Update seems to have solved the issue.every day that goes by,my confidence in this is growing,well done edge.
Early days I know,but lets keep testing and improving.

Hi,

Love this EA, but I do have two questions..

1) What should I set on the Start & End hour GMT ? Need to refer my region GMT or broker GMT ?

2) The EA runs perfectly well in Strategy Tester with initial deposit of USD 10k, but it went another way round if i set initial deposit of USD 50 (yes small deposit). Would someone help me how to tweak the EA so it can be run on small deposit amount?

is it demo account of FXTM?
what about spread ?
standard or ecn type ?

What's with the expiry date is it still 28 feb 2017 or something.seems ff members are test lab rats here. Lot of the ideas came from here, it can be rebuilt in any case

Hi lesse,

I gave all relevant information in my previous posts. The way to go is for you to open a demo account at the broker I use and run the EA on your platform. It will be of little use looking at others' accounts operated under different trading environment imo.
