Yes I believe that once magenta or lightskyblue hit, gold or green is always there with it but you can only have the visual of both if there was an inner box divergence first. Gold or green can be without the magenta and lightskyblue but not the other way around. Dove will have the final say on this as this is just my understanding and he was the creator of it.

Hi Daniel,
I think guitarman was just trying to point out something neat about the system and not change anything. I think it's neat as well that the inner box divergence is riding with the outer box one when it isn't visible. These cool discoveries are just little artifacts if you will of a masterpiece system.of course if Dove wanted us to see it then he would have made it clear so I do get your point.

if you change the order of the Indicators, is going to appear different things and that is going to confuse ur mind and going wrong. Is the reason that when you zoom in or zoom out, doing different things that is set a stone. You are going to see for example the both Divergences when is suppose to be only one, because in that moment Paradox is telling you the truth.

Nobody is changing the rules of the system or the order of the indicators. We are not adding or taking away. It's just an observation. And a neat one at that. I'll sometimes zoom out when I'm not trading to appreciate the look of the system. But I don't trade it that way. Every once in awhile you should polish your car and set it out to appreciate it. But most of the times you are driving it

your dead right, Clip75, I'm not putting anything out of order or trying to change the system, I respect the Paradox too much to do that. I was simply making an observation, I know we're not supposed to zoom out but it's just when I did ( during backtesting ) I noticed the green/gold dotted lines were on top of the high/low swing dashed lines, and I wondered if they ( green/gold ) are always there in normal view even if we can't see them with dashed swing lines. My reasoning was just that I see the value of these divergence connections for retraces and entries back into the trend, and if they are there all the time, then that is valuable information. Thanks for your input too Contrax : )

I look at all new systems posted here but I only trade the Paradox. It took me almost a year to learn it so it is all I trade. I am curious about all posts, not that I would trade them.

I trade the Paradox long term, not shooting for daily 40 pips. Once I gave up on the hassle of trying to get the 40 pips and started trading long term, I have not had a loss lately unless you consider 0.87 cents a loss. I do not brag, nor tell anyone what I am doing anymore. I owe no one except Dove. Best of luck to all of you in your trading.

Newbie here: Firstly many thanks to dove_alliance for their incredible generosity. Secondly, Ive installed everything (correctly I think!) and am about to start ploughing my way through all 368 pages but wanted to check that Im looking at the right lines before I go any further. Id appreciate someone checking the following to make sure Ive identified things correctly: ROMAR is a white dashed line and if I hover over it, its labelled Paradox_ROMAR Purple is a solid purple line and if I hover over it, its labelled Paradox_Purple White is an aqua dashed...

This is heavy Daily Consolidation. The long was also a trade where you could look to go to the opposite band, not the 1hr band but the 2hr band, if your prepared to ride out some pullback like right now. But also bear in mind that the 2hr Fib will flip in the next 2-3 bars as the previous high goes out of view. So you have to bear that in mind too. Usually its best to keep it simple and get your 40 pips and call it a day.

Hello Shaun, I went to bed before my entry finished running. Thanks for your input man. I will try to make a return on my trade and go through your useful insight. To see where my own logic fails and to step it up a notch. so im going to be back in a few mins, and I'm eager to read what you have to say regarding the trade.

Today will be dedicated to this week's trades that failed. I will go through each of them.

Here's my own return on the previous trade :

The 1H was turning for the Up after many hours of consolidation, the PSAR had turn and I pulled the trigger just before a new 1H bar. Next bar was still Up and brang the market higher. 2H bar was still developping with the SAR attached and White touching Purple. Both the 2H and 1H fibo were Up. EMA arrow was Up on the 1H and MACD arrow also. 2H EMA arrow was now Up and MACD slightly below zero coming from the bot.

The daily had its fibo down and PSAR flipped on the previous bar. So I had a developping candle with open below the horsemen and EMA - but EMA was still support.

I can see I still have a long way to go from reading your own input. It is very enlightening. I find myself forgetting some major details or not putting them into the right place according to the moment. I have still a hard time ''seeing'' but I'm getting there little by little.

I will post my Junuary 3th of 17:00 EST plan with the entry :

Now I can see that with my flawed logic I ignored many things on that plan... The band hit, even if I referenced it I ignored it.
Fibo were out of sync at that moment though, i took the screenshot too fast on the 2H after switching from the 1H and it did not have time to load properly. I noticed it after. The thing is : it was Up on the 1H beginning the turn, giving a hint. The 2H's flipped on the 19:00 (EST) bar.

There's also the gold divergence on that 13:00 bar...

Its a process of learning, and making mistakes and learning by them is a very important part of learning. And by posting your plan, and self evaluation you will definitely speed up that learning curve. So well done for that.

And just seeing what the chart is doing right now, in the moment, really should be simple, and it is once you clear your mind and habits of all the accumulated garbage that we all pick up.

You will get there if you keep up what your doing, 100%.
