You could trade supply and demand. There are also posts here in FF. They trade m-w-d or w-d-h4 timeframes.

The assumptions are strong with you two. I use VOLUME PROFILE as I've stated throughout the thread. Go to Youtube and type in VP... let me know some of the names that pop up. Look... I've seen your posts. I know you're a smart individual. You more than likely know much more than I do. BUT do you not think there are consistently profitable traders with half the knowledge of you?

We come on these forums to learn and help others. Not to prove we know more than someone else. So share your knowledge. I'm done arguing.

Not sure yet on how much it could make, is why I was asking if anyone does that. Daily setups tend to be easier to see support and resistance along with the added confluence of fibs could make for some nice trades, however the stops are much wider and have to trade accordingly. It would also take days to play out and currently with this setup I like to have accounts settled at the end of the day, however having trades opened for days is another dynamic.

right now 49 students ..a few hours ago were 120 or so ....all busy studding trading....nice, very nice.
Almost everyone put me on ignore list so I don't have anyone to ask what they learned so far...O boy.

I couldn't find any trading lecture in this thread so I think students are communicating using PMs so secret of trading stays among them...

This question is for anyone (mainly Dale) that might have an answer. I'm sorry if it's a dumb question, but I'm curious.
Question is, I've noticed that several of Dale's pairs that he posts are very far off from the current price. For example, his USD/JPY short at 117.35, and yesterdays short at 118.48. Yet the current price is 115.553, nearly 200-300 pips away. If his calculations and all that goes into his positions that he posts indicate the price should/could reach a position that's currently 200 pips away, and he's confident in his work, which clearly he is and should be based on his performance history, why wouldn't one just jump in now and go long for 100 pips or more? Even if it takes awhile? Why is this a bad idea?

Why dont you ask you cynical question I am sure one or two person among the

The levels are not an expectation of where price is going to go (so that we trade towards it). Rather they are areas where a small (10 point) reversal is expected. Many levels are never visited.

It's like if someone says: "Good to buy Gold IF it drops 10%" - then you should not be thinking of shorting Gold for 10%.

Similar question was already answered in the beginning of the thread. Nobody is 100% sure when and IF the price get to the far levels. But we are 100% sure what to do if level is hit.

Okay, that does make since. So it's more of an "if it reaches this point" process, not "when it reaches this point". Thank you ken.

They all have one "obvious" thing in common They're all trying to sell you a product or service. All they obviously need to "know" is that (uninformed) retail traders with the attention span of a gold fish, eat this $h!t up all day everyday

It's unfortunate that you believe a series of 10 minute youtube "infomercials" counts as a legitimate published resource. I bet you can't name a single legitimate published book resource on the topic of volume profile trading. A single legitimate resource from any known publisher on "Volume Profile", just one.

Your knowledge base consists of a slew of 5-10 minute youtube videos targeted to a bunch of "indicator junkies" and a bunch of retail traders too lazy to read a book (legitimate published resource on the subject)

There were options expiration GMT 1500
UJ 115.0 (550M) and 115.5 (1.7B) 116.0 (470M)

maybe that was reason why it didnt reach the entry level.

Just my 2 cents on your levels:

USD/JPY: looks good.
EUR/USD: Looks iffy, price is drifting upwards. For myself I like to see price "explode" away from a level.
AUD/USD: Looks good, keep in mind it needs to bust through .7300 which is added resistance and price may struggle to push through.
USD/CAD: 1.3435 is what I have. The 1.3292 level is spot on along with the round number of 1.3300 adds confluence making this a solid trade setup, imho.

Nice job at picking out the levels

And another 2 cents for tomorrow's levels from me.

USD/JPY - I have the same 116.54.
EUR/USD - 1.0508 (I like the level and I can actualy see the price "exploding", 23 pips in 4 minutes is quite good for me) and I see additional one at 1.0539
AUD/USD - Almost same: 0.7294 (Here I agree with XxixixX advice about .7300, we have to be cautious)
USD/CAD - 1.3436 and another short 1.3287. And I will probably give a try for long at 1.32025

some of them we have similar, good luck tomorrow

Are those lessons for trading? Austina said that my question about students/"traders" learning is cynical...so your question should be directed to yourself and rest of the herd:what herd wants in this thread? I did not do anything wrong to anyone by any means nor i am on anyone's way to learn and trade..whatever. looks like that questions about saying thank you to trader-dale and what people learn in this thread, why they are here all of a sudden becomes issues and taboo. looks like there is no honest answer , certainly not by me since i am not signal-service user.Talk to yourself before addressing me for no reason.

I respect Trader-Dale's experience , knowledge and consistency in trading.
