Disliked{quote} Hi my friend, wish you fully recovered from illness. This is to let you know I use Jing on Windows 10 with no problem and Gyazo on Windows 7 to capture screenshots. They working fine.Ignored
Thank you, I'm getting there, hopefully one more operation on the 25th Jan will be the end of a very long medical journey
Interesting that you have Jing working on win10
I have win10 Pro 64bit
I5 Processor, 16gb HyperX Ram, dual graphics card (GT730's) and I run an 8 monitor setup (I don't like switching and prefer to see in real time monitoring and trade management). When i use Jing it installs and anchors itself to the primary monitor but as soon as i try and use it for capture it crashes. This did work fine when i had the Win7 Pro 64bit, all registered software with original disks. After the system crash in Dec, i bought all the replacement kit and then reinstalled Win 7 but it wouldn't update and just hung for days, in the end I googled and found many people have same problem and conspiracy that Microsoft prefer to get users to update to 10. I gave in eventually as i need to get my system back running
I am currently close to the rebuilt setup as explained above iand will try Jing one more time, Marco kindly linked to a few alternatives also
Can I ask are you using multi monitor on your setup?
