I do not negate that way of trading by individual Trader-Dale is successful for him. It is his method not yours , mine, ours....and obviously you just bla bla unable to describe it logically because you don't know nothing how he trades. you might be one of Trader-Dale's signal-service users like many others who cheer for continuation ...reading your posts in past all your trades are successful so you are even better then this individual....you have for some reason red diamond...

So what is here for you? Nothing except levels that you might trade , understandable: it is easier...find your way to trade if you did not by now...
Hello again! I decided to have one more day off. The reason is that the futures markets were closed today and I need futures volumes to make my levels. I will start publishing my trading levels on 4.1.2017.

I had the chance over the holiday to begin to parse through this wonderful thread. (I'm only up to about #300)
Each posting, esp. of T-D's, is a little piece of the puzzle, some of you at least, are all puzzling over. If you've got a moment search out Post# 252 from October 5th. I have screenshot it, and printed it, and placed it where I can see it often. You'll have to search it out for yourself, homework you see. If you care for that sort of thing.

But, as a teaser I will quote T-D's closing shot;
"that's why I say that making my levels is complicated and not a simple strategy."

Touché, perhaps? We'll one thing I can surmise, he's not a tame lion, just a successfully content one. He know his markets and skills very well.
I learn a little bit from all of you though. Even the occasional naysayers.

it seems that new year 2017 did not start well: signal service is delayed for 1 day....that is wake up call.
Two other EU levels I'm looking at for possible trades:
1.05310 - This one could change to 1.05570 (I will wait to see order flow and how price approaches this level)
1.03950

Took a Long on EURUSD at 1.0462 for +10 Pips. First trade for the year.

Good observation. I'll use a simple concept known as proof by contradiction:
In logic (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logic), proof by contradiction is a form of proof (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mathematical_proof), and more specifically a form of indirect proof, that establishes the truth (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truth#Formal_theories) or validity (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Validity) of a proposition (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proposition). It starts by assuming that the opposite proposition is true, and then shows that such an assumption leads to a contradiction (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contradiction).

The concept is used by skeptics to prove or disprove theories and I'll give you a famous example given by James Randi.
Let's say you believe that flying deer do not exist.
To prove you wrong I have to provide with just one deer who is able to fly.

In the same post #252 we can see another buying level lower which does not adhere to the rules. So those rules are not necessarily true.

Another example:

To prove it we have to find just one example when that is not true.
In this thread we can find levels created by TraderDale on cross pairs, like NZDJPY.

A cross pair doesn't have the equivalent futures contract.
Conclusion: He is able to generate levels without using futures contracts.

A cross pair doesn't have futures volume.
Conclusion: He is able to generate levels without using volume profile or POC.

A cross pair doesn't have order flow.
Conclusion: He is able to generate levels without using order flow.

So, he is using a different system to generate the levels, and it's possible to use the mentioned rules as a confirmation. He said it himself actually.

I am sorry Dale, but you gave people HOPE with this thread. I hope it will not become the biggest disappointment ever on FF. It's better to be honest and say you can't disclose the rules or the tools of your system. I respect that and I think everyone will be happy. Providing the levels is good enough for some people if that's what you want.

A lot of "stuff" posted over the holiday period. A couple of observations to make.
1. So many people want to be spoonfed, not wishing to pick anyone out but even reading a couple of posts seems to be beyond some folks.
2. The method/system employed - Dale must have said 100 or more times how he goes about it, but a pro trader just cannot spell out in infinite detail every possible thought process for every possible situation. I bet most of us can drive a car, I bet most of us can explain the "procedure", but some of the finer skills only come through experience and no amount of dials & knobs are going to make the inexperienced driver suddenly become competent at handling every possible situation they might encounter. I think it's extremely fair to say that Dale has bent over backwards to be helpful, I just so hope he doesn't walk away due to the constant spoonfeeding requests or those wanting to pull him down the whole time.

Do I need Dale in order to be successful myself, nope.
Is my P&L statement more healthy than it would have been had Dale not started this thread, yep.
Do I trust the levels found by Dale to be strong probability locations, yep.
Do I expect them all to be winners, nope.
Can I learn to become a better trader using Dales postings together with some work on my own part - you bet your life I can. That's all I ask......... and that Dale be allowed to do what he does best without all the crap that seems to growing
