It's entirely unreasonable to just expect that your broker expose themselves to market risks because you're overleveraged. If you don't want to be exposed to the risk management practices of a broker who doesn't share your risk tolerances, go trade with liquidity providers yourself.

I mean, might be a little tough negotiating with your $500 pile of treasure, but...

Firstly you wont get a personal account manager on a cent account like the OP has.

Brokers are not a charity like 90% of retail traders think they are. You want to talk about the real corporate problems here in Australia. Why has very car manufacturing plant closed it doors? Because the labor costs are sky high and every lazy aussie wants to get big money handed to them for doing little work. Companies are not charities, YOU have to do the time and the work to get money. Why should some one stay in business and run at a loss? Companies here have to put up with ridiculous and over regulated conditions, and just to top it off get ripped off by employees. This country is becoming more Communist by the minute. You are not born into this world for free handouts.

This is the problem when someone looses they have to blame it on someone else. Blame it on the government blame it on corporations blame it on capitalism what ever.

The typical mindset of a retail trader gambling with 1000$ is what has been described above. Wanting a fast way to get big money with as little work as possible. With this poor mindset and ignorance is the cause of it all going wrong . So, who is the best one to blame of course the broker. Like a child not getting its own way needing someone to blame.

Sorry I dont buy it. Do the work do the study and stop blaming others for your suffering and misfortunes.

I am pretty sure I could argue in the court with fair expectation of a success that Pepperstone did not do due diligence and closed those positions in the most unreasonable fashion without taking minimum effort to cooperate with the client to minimize risk on both sides. As I said, I would advice OP to take this issue to NCAT. Favorable tribunal ruling, followed by compensation, publicity and perhaps ASIC continuation would be a step in a right direction to prevent those issues in the future. Bad behavious starts with small things. $500 today may lead to $500k tomorrow. Quote from the first post:

As I wrote here before, I will not stop if everyone come here in order to tell me I am wrong. Because I have enough experience to understand what pepperstone aims.

I saw some users are coming my thread and writing more than one message. It is easy to write your opinion in one message. Thanks for your interest. But you dont need to follow my thread to say same things, it is not good to spend your time in order to fight or help me, if you dont have relationship with pepperscam more than just client.

If you are happy client of pepperstone, I wish you great trading experience with them. But please be aware and don't deposit big money because they are able to make illegal actions like they did for me.

And I don't have a lot of time to deal with this thread like you, some users have more messages than me. Please be logical, you are proofing that you don't have trading relationship with pepperscam.

Look at that more slander and false accusations from you. You are a lair and a mug who goes around accusing people of things they have not done and slander. You still have not learned what margin is right? First go to www.babypips.com and learn how to trade and learn what margin is. Then maybe try trading again.

Despite any of that, someone has already in the beginning of the thread showed you the terms and conditions that you agreed to for trading with Pepperstone. So the case on this was closed a long time ago. There is no argument. The terms and conditions you agreed to are quite clear. If you dont understand them then perhaps trade with a broker who has Turkish T&Cs. If you dont agree with them then dont sign a contract and trade, find another broker. The terms and conditions have more then likely been seen by and approved by ASICS and therefore ASICS too think this kind of action is fine. So lesson to learn if you capable:
1. Read Terms and Conditions and understand them.
2. If you dont agree with them then dont sign up and trade.
3. If you think something is unfair then before signing up check with the governing body to see if saying that in the terms and conditions is ok or not?
4. Please learn what margin and margin requirements are. And understand what a broker will and is compelled to do when a trader cannot meet them. Once again, babypips is a good recourse for you.

If your not prepared to do this then expect to have issues with any broker you choose to trade with.

And i see you enjoy my comments as you keep reading and spending lots of time to replying to me despite the fact i am not addressing you. Thank you for your interest in me.

One does not have to be brave. Financial Ombudsman and NCAT are essentially free, apart a small fee. Once argument is quite reasonable, and I think it is here, it only requires some work to prepare an application and some time to spend in a court. No one is requiring expensive lawyer. When you're trading CFD's from these brokers, you're trading against the brokers themselves.

You win money, they lose money. You lose money, they win money.

That's why they're happy when you lose money and don't do anything. But when you profit, they'll pull out their T&C, make some excuses and null your trade.

It's totally bullshit, but that's why the forex industry's got the reputation of been full of scams.

Go complain to the regulators or take legal action. Maybe once they get enough complaints, they'll finally crack down on the industry and put down proper regulation.
